Please don't trade in or buy vehicle from this dealership 06/20/2019 Please do not buy any used vehicle form this guy. I trade in Honda CVR from this guys and bought a used vehicle. The first issue I faced to paid off my trade-in vehicle. I called so many time's for paid off my previous vehicle to my agent Rafeal and finance manager Huan who is working in the used vehicle section. No one responded and I left so many voice mail. But I never got any answer from them. eventually, I have to get there to solve my problem. Second thing After two month no one has an answer for my number plate. From last few days, I am calling them and text to my agent.No response. whenever I called they said let me check what is going on. But never get me back with an update regarding my problem. This is not the first time that I am a trading vehicle. Worst car buying experience I ever had. In the beginning, I also checked a good review of them. Based on the review I decided to buy a vehicle from them. But my assumption was wrong. I don't know how they got 4.5 ratings. Please don't buy a used vehicle with these guys. 06/21/2019 After two months Now they are saying that I am not the owner of this car. We just give you for a temporary base. I already paid what they asked. 06/26/2019 Spoke with Mitch Patlock on last Friday. he said to wait till Wednesday. My registration already expired. he said that they can't issue third temporary registration and I am driving without registration from last four day. He said keep patient while others are also waiting. More

I'm not sure if it was because I did a cash purchase but I do know that Mitch P I recently bought a vehicle from them and the service was outstanding. I'm not sure if it was because I did a cash purchase but I do know that Mitch Patlock ensured that my vehicle was safe for my trip back to Virginia by providing service that you normally get on a used car (replaced battery, wipers and brakes and rotors).
