brought my car in for service Trying to service my battery myself I dropped battery holder into engine compartment and I could not retrieve the part.I became very up set for my mis Trying to service my battery myself I dropped battery holder into engine compartment and I could not retrieve the part.I became very up set for my mistake and did not know what to do. I drove to Lexus of Englewood, talked to service adviser Joel Veriquete, he told me not to worry that they would fix the problem. He was a perfect gentleman about the problem I caused. About an hour later my car was fixed and I was on my way home very relieved.Mr Veriquete treated me as though I was his dad. So glade I decided to go to the dealership.I expected the visit would be quite costly,I was very surprised at a $42.00 service charge. very very reasonable for that amount of time. More
