Worse customers service ever all around the tristate area. After purchased 3 cars within the last 5 years they wanted almost $20,000. Over mrsp on a new Lexus is 500. Simply insane . Steven Qin gets it done! Steven is professional, fast working, and was very attentive. I was able to get the entire deal completed in one day (3 hours). There was a slight delay with getting the car; they rectified the situation to ensure my satisfaction. The entire staff was professional and spoke to me in person instead of having Steven relay information to me. Facilities are very clean and in my opinion the top LEXUS dealership in New Jersey. They definitely just earned a loyal Lexus customer. More
