I recently bought my second car from Darcars of Frederick. I made an appointment with Jeff G. for a test drive on Saturday and when he called me Thursday to confirm my appointment I asked him if I could just come in that day. He had no problem with that an the car was ready for me to test drive even though I arrived twenty minutes early. When I returned with the car he was able to answer all my questions and was very professional and friendly in doing so. Mike O'brien was great at finding me a good finance rate and he made the worst part of any car buying process comforting with his friendly demeanor.

We also, as I see others did as well. saw a new car we wanted online and drove 75 miles on Monday to the dealership. We were met in the parking lot with a smile and they assured us they did have the car (actually a mini van) we wanted. We were very pleased with everything from our sales person, the manager, the financial consultant and the crew in the bay that got our car ready to drive home. They worked with the pricing, they were very knowledgeable of the car and made sure we were by the time we left. We are very impressed with this dealership. Everyone had a smile and it is a top notch facility. I need to go back for an add on and am looking forward to it just to experience their first class waiting room! :) Will definitely recommend this dealership to others. I called at 10:00 approx. after seeing the car online. The car I was interested in, was at the another Toyota of Frederick location. "No problem" Jason said "I'll have it here by 11:30", and it was! Great service! Jason and the rest of the staff were very nice and good people to work with. Mr. O'Brien was great too, and put us at ease. It's stressful buying a car, although I've done it many times, I hate it. The car looked good and I think my youngest daughter will love it.

Also, I needed a hub cap for my other daughters 2006 Corrolla. The parts dept. was great too, they had it in stock for a 2006 model, all I can say is, WOW! I'm sorry I didn't get the name of the parts person that directly helped me, or the other parts guy that helped him, but they were both great too.

My experience at Darcars Toyota was about as simple and easy as a car buying experience could be. I got to go on a nice long test drive to make sure I was going to like the truck. Jeff Gaskins was a very calm salesman and he worked to make the process as smooth as it could be. I knew the fair market values of my trade and the new Tacoma, explained what I was looking for on price and they kept the process short and sweet. Chris Santiago was also very helpful and stayed after hours to make sure he took good care of my sale. I also liked that vehicle came with 2 years of virtually free service and that I was able to add 3 more years at a value that seemed much less than what I would have had to pay out-of-pocket. So, all in all, I'm quite happy. The whole process only took about 3 hours and the longest part was possibly my test drive.

Lacoe Alltop is on of the finest salesperson's I've ever dealt with. He's really a nice guy and is not a pushy sales representative. I have dealt with him after the sale and he's very attentitive and accommodating. I would highlly recommend him to my family & friends.

Lacoe treated me as a valued customer from the first contact to the time I drove away in my new Toyota. He is very knowledgeable about his product and was passionate about getting me the deal I wanted. The color car I wanted was not available so Lacoe personally went and got the right one, keeping me posted as to progress, as well as when I could pick up my vehicle. I do not typically enjoy the whole car-buying experience, but Lacoe made my experience a seamless one. Jesse in finance was also great. Thanks!

We bought a used Mazda3 for our daughter and our sales consultant was with Jason Vaughn. He was very polite and knowledgeable about the car. When we came in to look at the car we wanted he knew which one we where looking for right away. He let us take it for a test drive and when we got back he answered all our questions and listened to us with no pressure. Our experience with Darcars and Jason was one of the best experiences we have had purchasing a car for the fact that they worked with us in what our needs were for buying for our daughter and safety of the car and even being it a used car. We would definitely go back to Jason for our next car purchase!

We were looking for a car with low miles for our daughter and found a 2011 Toyota Prius with under 15,000 miles at a reasonable price! Patrick was very helpful and answered all our questions. It was a very easy process and Patrick had the vehicle all ready for us when we returned the next evening to purchase.

This was a great experience for me. I was looking for a good gas mileage vehicle for work and Jeff was to the point and informative of my options without being too over powering. He allowed me to take an appropriate test drive and was able to answer all my questions during the drive. I would recommend him to anybody for car shopping needs.
