Paul did an OUTSTANDING job! He took the time to explain everything to me through every single step. His customer service skills are impeccable. He made sure I was totally satisfied with everything and took his time to answer all of my questions and concerns. I have never had such an awesome experience purchasing a new car ... thank you Paul! My Review of DARCARS Toyota of Frederick:
I have called other auto dealers when searching for my new car. I live in Virginia, and there are dealers a lot closer. I stop talking to the other car sales people when I started speaking with Steve Valentino. Steve sounded like an honest salesmen; he was most certainly not the sterotypical pushy sales person that I have dealt with in the past. I am very happy with my new Toyota! Both Steve and Mike were great to work with. I would buy my next car at DARCAR Toyota Frederick. I would also recommend buying a car at DARCAR Toyota Frederick and I would send them right to Steve Valentino!!

My Review of DARCARS Toyota of Frederick:
One of the best new car purchase experiences I have ever had. Mr Valentino was friendly and patient with us as we decided on which of the two vehicles we were going to buy. He took great pains to make sure we understood each segment of the purchase regarding both the vehicle and the financing. We feel blessed to have met him and had him as our salesperson.

Mr. Remsburg was able to help us with the choice of car and model. He made buying a new car, never an easy experience, less complicated. He helped us get the model and color we wanted and even drove to another dealer to get the exact model and color we chose. We were NOT high pressured into buying something we did not want.

Great service! It was amazing, we walked out of the car and Tony was right there to help us. He did not pressure us into making a deal, but we did anyways! Inside the show room is beautiful. We enjoyed the coffee and teas. There were clean conditions, great lighting, and non-overpowering music. Tony was an amazing leader, he was honest and kind. He answered all our questions without hesatation and he had a vast knowledge of all the cars there. Quite impressed!

My Review of DARCARS Toyota of Frederick:
This is my sixth time purchasing a vehicle (for myself or with a family member). I have never had such a pleasant experience at a dealership in my life. Bob Coope (sales) and Mike O'Brien (finance) were two of the best guys any buyer would want to meet. They listened and treated me as if I were their daughter. Which means that I was getting the best price and service possible.
It was a but chilly and I wanted something warm to drink. When Bob realized that the coffee/hot coco machine was not working, he left the premises and went to the store close by to get me a cup of hot chocolate. When I was on the phone with the insurance company, Mike interjected at one point and told the insurance lady, "no she will take -- option. She doesn't need the other stuff and that's not going to save her any money." Love these guys! I would recommend this dealer because they work there.

Our visit started on rocky ground over some misunderstandings about service needed and the costs for such service, but Ashley was very impressive in how she handled the very personal and thorough care she gave us. By the time we left, we had all the necessary services completed, understood exactly the situation, and we were pleased with the reasonable price for the service. She also managed to resolve an outstanding issue from prior visits that I didn't think had been resolved.

I have bought many cars dealing with many dealerships. My previous vehicle was a RAV4 and I purchased it at another Toyota dealership but had it serviced at DARCARS Frederick. The other dealership did not offer me the stellar service that DARCARS Frederick does. My son was my salesman at the other dealership and I love DARCARS so much I decided to purchase my new Toyota (Prius and I love it) from DARCARS Frederick. I've said it before and I'll say it again and again, DARCARS Frederick is the best dealership in the nation. Your customer service is impeccable! I don't like DARCARS, I LOVE DARCARS!!!!!!!
