But I took my car for service and the service department is totally xx. They dont know what they are doing and very poor quality, They called me saying they fixed the car and it was not even drivable. (They obviously didnt even take it for a test drive after the fix.) I have to go back home and come in the next day, and after a month the same issue came back again and I took it to another VW dealer in Rockville and they fixed it right for me. Total waste of time and money with the service department. The account department also sucks, they couldnt process my loan and payoff check for a month and I was put in a situation where I had to pay 2 loans. (1 for my tradein car, and 2 for my new car.) This is not what you expect from a car dealer. Its not enough to sell cars! you gota be meticulous at service and other departments too! Otherwise I can go pick my car from any other unnamed used car lot!!! I have written to Darcars corporate office about my experience too! -Frustrated customer of darcars silver spring!! More

I dropped my car off with the dealer to fix. I dealt with Kevin Fluke. He told me he did not want to speak to me a woman but wanted to speak to my husband. He then began to tell me different contradictory statements about the service we had recieved stating that it was not his or his company's fault. The exact words he used to justify the situation were "don't make a mountain out of a molehill. The entire experience was very demeaning and derogatory. He did not attempt to rectify the situation at all or try to appease the customer. More
I was shocked by how poorly they treated me (I had actually bought my car there) and how poorly they did in terms of fixing my car. The DarCars-owned Collision Center sent my car there when they could actually bought my car there) and how poorly they did in terms of fixing my car. The DarCars-owned Collision Center sent my car there when they couldn't start it (after fixing a side dent). Darcars VW did no component testing and just replaced the starter (needlessly making it a requirement to use 2 sets of keys to operate the car). BUT the tried to return it with all of the electric door locks broken. Then they refused to fix, refused to coordinate with the Collision Center (which there parent company owns) and still I have no car. Horrible experience. Stay away. More
