My judgement is that it produces a level of service that clearly speaks to 1) caring for the customer, 2)seeing to it that the performance of the customer's car meets or exceeds the customer's expectations when he purchased it, 3) that the work is professional and equitably priced. Richie was my salesmen for one of the last 2015 Golf TDIs made for sale by VW. Richie was honest, forthright and carefully handled the vehicle sale process. He was respectful of my time coming from 35 miles away, and presented no surprises during the sales process. I've not heard good things about VW dealerships but my experience here was easy and above board. Ask for Richie if you're in the market for a VW.
