My Review of DCH Academy Honda:
We had been shopping for a month and a half and after test driving them all, we settled on trying to find a 2007 Lexus 350. The problem was, we had champagne taste and beer pockets. Nevertheless, we kept shopping and dealing with all the competative car sales people with their endless phone calls and their Jekyll and Hyde dispositions when you don't purchase a car from them. Through Sams Club Auto Buying program and the internet, we found DCH Academy and our Lexus at a price that was unbelievable!! We called and the price was real (no typo). We drove 2 hrs from Phila to DCH Honda. Our experience with everyone we dealt with was exceptional! From the managers to the detail guys in the back, they all are a very nice group of guys. We are the proud owners of a Lexus and now we have a car dealership to tell our family and friends about if they want great service, a good selection of cars and prices that will knock your socks off. Our salesman, Vipin Rishi, is the best. He helped us program our car with the bluetooth and the navigation system and had our car detailed very nicely. Terry, the finance specialist, found a lower bank rate than our credit union. We are very satisfied customers and we will tell our family, friends and co-workers that the ride up to DCH from our area would be well worth the trip. Looking forward to seeing them again. My Review of DCH Academy Honda:
I found my 07 tahoe at DCH Academy Honda thru an internet search. they offered prompt e-mail texting. After my initial questions were answered, I phoned the dealer and spoke with Edward Moy. WOW!! He was informative, friendly and more importantly, let me know that he was available to me. He understood that this was an important/expensive purchase. Living 2 hours away from the dealer and unable to see the car before near to closing, he spoke with the manager and they waited! Edward was off that day at 5p and told me, "If you're coming, I'm waiting." He gave me his personal cell number to contact him. While evaluating the vehicle, he gave us time and space and was not pushy or in a hurry-even when it was closing time! He was thorough and organized during the paper transaction. This left us confident that our drive was worth the time and he appreciated that fact.

My Review of DCH Academy Honda:
This is the sixth car I've ever owned and it's my first foreign car as well. I've been suckered most of my car purchasing life into believeing that GM/Chevy(s) were the finest cars rolling off the assembly line. Ever since my wife's new Cavalier blew it's engine block before 75,000 miles I knew that ol' GM quality was gone. I should also indicate that previous GM's I've owned could barely make it past 100,000 miles without some kind of catastrophic breakdown. AND! I do not abuse my automobiles. Those creeps over at GM didn't even try to reach out to me including the place of purchase...the now out of business, DAYTON Chevy.
Every honda owner I have spoke with so far swears by 'em. My research confirms Honda owner's satisfaction so it's Honda for me. Marcia didn't need to do any arm twisting at all since she's very confident with the product she promotes and sells. In fact, I even told her a test drive wouldn't even be necessary but I just couldn't resist. Just picked up the car yesterday and I hope it's the beginning of a trustworthy relationship. Visit Marcia at DCH Academy in Old Bridge if you're serious about purchasing a quality vehicle. The place is calm, relaxing, and professionally staffed. And tell her Andy Mango sent you!

Sanjay Chadda is absolute gem, always courteous and helpful, he sold me my second car. Appreciate, that we had same service consultant. This is second car I bought from DCH Academy at Old Bridge, NJ. Their reliability, their honesty...you go in and they take you right away. For us Worth of car means having a car that has good resale value, and also good gas mileage, and comfort, that exactly was sold to us. Only good service and the honesty that you're going to get is only at DCH Academy Honda in Old bridge, NJ.

We were very pleased with the service we were given and the car we purchased. Although this was a used car the dealership worked very hard to deliver the car in very good condition. It was taken to my mechanic to look over prior to purchase. The mechanic was very impressed with the car and all that was done to service it.

I would like to thank Mr. Nitin Bassi for all his help, time and effort he has put into the deal I got. Without all his exceptional work, I would never be able to buy a brand new car. He went out an extra mile just to make myself and my family feel proud to drive a brand new Honda Accord. He was always there to answer our questions. Not only this, but he actively listened to our comments and helped us move into the right direction. Buying a car is not an easy step. However, employees like Nitin Bassi, make your experience a wonderful, exceptional and a pleasurable one. My whole family would like to thank Mr. Bassi from the bottom of our hearts for all his hard work to make us feel special driving Honda. He knows exactly what his guests (customers) want.I have seen many other employees who only sell cars for their benefit, but they do not care what their customer wants. Nitin is not one of them. His first priority was to make sure that his customer is satisfied. Even after completing his 12 hour work schedule, he stayed late with us just to give us all the information we wanted and to make sure we were satisfied.

Marcia Dietrick made my new car ( 2009 Honda Accord) buying experience exceptional and pleasurable. We were so much impressed by her dedicated customer service skills. Sales rep was really knowledgeable and professional. She even came to our house to pick us up. I will really recommend Marcia Dietrick as a sales rep. Initially I was kind of worried about buying a new car. Heard lot of bad things about these dealers, but here at DCH everything was smooth. They did match our internet pricing. Their prices are cheaper than any other dealership ( Open road, planet Honda etc etc). Even their finance manager was also helpful. He didn’t harass me with any warranties and I walked out without buying any warranty. Everybody in DCH was polite and nice and they really treat you good. If you have to buy a new car, DCH academy is the best and reliable place to go. 5 Star to DCH.
