My Review of DCH Academy Honda:
DCH Academy Honda is the most wonderful dealership - They are like family and they are professional and knowledgeable....they proudly carry on the incredible profession and tradition set by their former colleague, now at Paramus Honda....Barry Magnus, a true giant in the industry and in life....It is his amazing abilities that set the leadership that I came to know and love of Academy Honda when I bought my first car from them in 1997. 12 years to the day, the incredible tradition and service and brillance instituionalized by Barry continues in its current incredible professionals that I have interacted with over the course of the last twelve years and that I look forward to many many more years of relationships with. Most notably, the three incredible and wonderful and talented people that assisted me in the greatest of ways with charm, grace, knowledge, effective and efficient professionalism and service and kindness are the manager that assisted me in making it possible for me to get to Academy Honda and have the confidence that I would get a car, Ruben Arcello; aided by the wonderful people that answered the phones and got me to him; My day would not have happened with the success that it did, without the earth moving experiences and professionalism and kindness and secure knowledge of a most remarkable talent in my New Car Sales Representative by the name of Marcia Dietrick- she was remarkable in every step of the process and acted in great partnership with her colleagues, including the promising and kind young man that she is now mentoring.....The most amazing compliment and most amazing and instrumental force in making this happen in the ways that matter above and beyound was the incredible assistance and knowledge and strength and kindness and patience of Business Manager Dmittry Rybakov, who is the most excellent professional in his field and who is family and friend and mentor in all of this endeavor. My Review of DCH Academy Honda:
This is the 6th car I have leased from this dealership. Obviously since I keep returning it is because the service and quality I receive are second to none. My sales rep Paul Rittberg has always been courteous, friendly, funny and fair. He explains all details from pricing to the explanation of use of the car with accuracy! This 2009 Accord is by far the best one I have had thus far! I am so happy with my purchase and with this dealership.

My Review of DCH Academy Honda:
I have been looking to buy a new for about a month. I have been to several Honda dealerships in the area before I came to DCH. When I entered I was greeted immediately. The environment is friendly, clean, and inviting. I asked the receptionist if there was a sales rep available and immediately Marcia came over. She was extremely nice and was not pushy at all. She was laid back and honest with me every step of the sale. The price of my Civic was good and there was a lot of models to choose from. Overall great service. The only thing bad was the sitting around for hours but thats what you expect when buying a new car. I love this place, I highly recommend DCH!

My Review of DCH Academy Honda:
My husband, our 2 year old son and I went into DCH Academy Honda in Old Bridge, NJ this past Saturday to purchase a new vehicle that we had priced online. We were met by Aaron, who could best be described as down to earth, polite and patient (especially as we had a restless 2 year old with us!). We would highly recommened asking for him by name if you don't like dealing with pushy salesmen. We also met Ruben (sales manager) and Dmitry (finance) who were both equally pleasant.

We are now the proud owners of a 2009 Honda Civic LX-S and are greatful to DCH Academy for a quick, smooth and pleasant car buying experience with more than fair prices to boot!

My husband and I went out to get ideas for a newer used car and were not intent on purchasing one on this particular day. Edward was the first to approach us and was great to work with. He was accomodating, professional and went out of his way to see we were taken care of. Edward met our needs, made sure we got the best possible interest rate and was a pleasure to work with. From start to finish, all the people I dealt with at the dealership were professional, friendly, and accommodating. The sales process was thorough and comprehensive without being drawn out too long. There was no sales pressure and no last minute tricks, an annoying occurrence at other dealerships I've worked with in the past.

My Review of DCH Academy Honda:
Worse service ever, if u are willing to pay $2000 for a simple brake change then you should go there. They will make you change multiple parts that you do not need, and they will convince you that you need them for safety. If you are not a car person, you will believe them and pay $2000 for unnecessary repairs.
