Experienced a catastrophic transmission failure while driving from Massachusetts to Washington DC for a graduation. Looked for the nearest Toyota dealer and it was DCH in Brunswick. We rented a car an driving from Massachusetts to Washington DC for a graduation. Looked for the nearest Toyota dealer and it was DCH in Brunswick. We rented a car and left our vehicle (2014 Highlander) in there trusted care. Your team kept us updated during the repairs and it was ready (and sparkling clean - thank you) upon our return 5 days later. A bad situation was turned very manageable by your folks and we do appreciate it. More

Brought car in for routine service. Took over hours. Was told needed battery & engine filter. Said OK. Took another hour. When driving out ny dashboard screen would not stay on. Bro Took over hours. Was told needed battery & engine filter. Said OK. Took another hour. When driving out ny dashboard screen would not stay on. Brought back, said needed update due to new battery.
