We came to your store on 03/09/2010 to find out about availability and prices of a used Honda Accord. We were welcomed by a very friendly gentleman at the entrance, who directed us to the used vehicles department. There we were welcomed by Mr. Eric Soares, who graciously engaged us and took us to his cubicle. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and and very friendly. After a short conversation we discovered that we speak the same language, Portuguese, and that made us even more comfortable. He showed us a couple of vehicles, and we settled down on one of them, a Honda Accord 2009, which he let us test-drive, and we ended up purchasing it. Our experience at your dealership was just more than excellent, and we will certainly recommend it to our friends and family.
