Why a one star rating? Because I’ve been bringing my cars to this shop for 20 years and they have been making the same xxxx mistake 75% of the time. I’m fed up. And they charge prices 40% above reputable local car shops for this? Where is the professionalism, attention to detail and supervisory oversight? Do they care that my expensive, premium car tires will be reinstalled after winter without proper regard for tire rotation, ensuring uneven wear? Who will have to pay for prematurely degraded tires due to this blunder? Why ME, the customer, of course! Every time I’ve complained in the past they apologized, but never instituted a system to prevent this from happening. Management is asleep at the wheel. More

Had rain-guards installed, however, they do not fit properly. Once window is rolled down you cannot put it back up because it hits the rain guard!
