I did not purchase my Durango from Dallas Dodge but I chose to use them for services needed for my Durango the past few years. My last 3 service jobs were not efficient. My car had an issue with starti chose to use them for services needed for my Durango the past few years. My last 3 service jobs were not efficient. My car had an issue with starting, it would delay to start. I paid for that to be rectified. The problem still persists after. The main battery needed to be fixed. I paid for that to rectified. That was completed to satisfactory. The last and final time for me to use their services was a couple of months back when I had a major oil leak along with other major problems that needed attention. The oil leak was rectified. The front driver wheel issue was claimed to be rectified but it wasn’t. In fact, not only was it fixed, it now has a very loud whistle to it. On top of that, their communication with me during was very lacking. I had to call them multiple times for an update and was put on hold for long periods of time each time. I will no longer use them for services and will be honest with others about them. More

I had ugly experience at Clay Cooley Dodge. ., bought a 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan there for more than advertised price for starters, easy to fix cosmetic work they wanted $1200 and more. They were closing @9pm. I was banging on the door and they ignored me when I found out key didn’t work…. 2 weeks later in torrential downpour during rush hour on Dallas Tollway, van died. During long wait I remembered going to Dallas Dodge… for a key. The serviceman was so nice. (He did not have key) he had me Google and I found affordable locksmith and also the service person fixed some loose screws etc. no charge! Do after $130 tow to Dallas Dodge I meet Ronnie in service he took all the information. The bill was over $3500. New starter, new radiator, fix major oil leak. I will always use Dallas Doge and highly recommend them! Please avoid Clay Cooley, where I left a detailed 0-* rating and review and have not heard from them since - pitiful. Dallas Dodge 👍 More
