First Service Sorento I had my first service on my Kia Sorrento and so appreciated the information given to me. Julio went over all the items, I needed to know about my new I had my first service on my Kia Sorrento and so appreciated the information given to me. Julio went over all the items, I needed to know about my new car. He was very nice, helpful, answered all my questions and gave my car back to me in a timely manner. I even had to go back to Kia the same day to address a light" that came up after I left the dealership. They took the car in again and said I had a nail in the tire. They fixed it immediately and did not charge me. That's great service!!! Looking forward to working with these nice people in the future. More

If the service takes longer than it should, the staff are always aware of this and th When I come to Kia for service, I always have a good experience. If the service takes longer than it should, the staff are always aware of this and there've been several occasions where they gave a discount because of the wait. Julio was helpful and tried to outline all the parts of my service and what the car needed, and was more thorough than many service people I've had, trying to explain to me (a car layperson) the specifics of what was involved. My main complaint with the Danbury Kia service is the phones. When I call to make an appointment, I often get a voicemail. I NEVER get a call back the same day I leave a voicemail asking to set up a service, which is very frustrating. I typically just try calling again the next day until I reach a person. I set up my appointment a week in advance, didn't get any sort of confirmation call, and when I got there at the time of my appointment, they didn't even have it listed. I was grateful that they squeezed me in w no problem, as I had the day off just for this. More
