My Review Of Daniels BMW:

My recent CPO BMW purchase was my first big purchase. Greg and the rest of the Daniels staff made my car shopping experience pleasant, and made me feel comfortable. I would highly recommend this dealership to others! I'm pretty sure I'll be a BMW owner for the rest of my life, and will go to Daniels for all of my future needs and purchases!

My Review Of Daniels BMW:

I like Daniels BMW and MINI on many levels. I live a mile away from another BMW dealer and drive 50 miles to Allentown to buy from Daniels for the following reasons:

1. Carrie Fortune. I have bought 2 new MINIs and 3 used BMWs from Carrie. She finds me the pick of the litter when I am buying a used car and always gives me a better price and trade in value on either new or used cars than I can get near where I live. I know enough about car pricing to know how much profit is in most new and used cars, and Daniels' pricing is very reasonable. Carrie is a great ambassador of that philosophy. She also does all the little extras that makes customers feel that they're appreciated, and she remembers everything about their family and likes and dislikes in vehicles. Nothing is too much for her. You couldn't ask for more. I have sent several friends and acquaintances to her, and all have sung her praises. My wife lives her.

2. Other personnel. The other personnel are also very friendly, and they can't do enough for you, even when they know you are another sales reps' customer or are otherwise not patronizing their department that day. It is obvious that there is an esprit de corps among all employees, and it's not an act.

3. Service. Service is also very efficient. The work is done right, and your car is ready when they say it will be and costs what they said it would cost, unless they run into a problem, and, then, they tell you what it needs, what it costs and when it'll be ready.

4. The physical plant. The store is neat, clean, well organized and attractive with TV's, computer docks and WiFi. It gives you the feeling that they know and care about what they're doing.

5. Coffee. They have the best coffee and treats, free, fresh and readily accessible. I stop there for a cup when I'm in the area, even if I'm not there to buy anything. They know they'll get it back from repeat business.

In short, Carrie is a great sales rep, and Daniels is a nice, enjoyable place to buy a car or accessories and have the car serviced or repaired and accessories installed.

My Review Of Daniels BMW:

From the first time I met Kay Reed, I felt as though I had known here for years. As I began my new car search, I visited several other BMW dealerships, but in the end, it was Kay's personality and dedication to my needs that made my final decision. Kay and the sales manager at Daniels BMW worked with me to negotiate a price that was fair for all involved. I was very grateful for the patience and attention that Kay gave to me during the whole process. I was extremely impressed with Kay's professionalism, courtesy and overall sparkling personality! I could not be happier with my new X3 and with the experience Kay provided to me. She contacted me on her days off. She kept me in the loop about the production status. And she followed through the very next day after delivery to see how things were going. I look forward to continuing a relationship with Kay and with Daniels BMW.

I recently worked with Kay Reed to get into a new X1. I found my experience to be pleasant and stress-free. Everything ran smoothly and efficiently. I did not have to waste hours waiting for paperwork as I have at other dealers. Kay was extremely professional yet very personable. She provided me with several options and was very knowledgable and able to answer all my questions. I highly recommend Kay and Daniel's BMW. I will certainly be working with them for many years to come!

Kay Reed was the best sales agent my wife and I have ever worked with in purchasing a new vehicle and we have purchased over 10 new cars in our lives so we have some experience in this area. Kay is professional yet really takes the time to understand the buyer's wants and needs. I would highly recommend Daniels BMW and Kay specifically to any person looking to get into a BMW. My Review Of Daniels BMW:

My story starts with a rare free Sunday afternoon with my husband driving around looking at cars. That Tuesday around lunch time I walked into Daniels BMW to test drive a CPO BMW after seeing beautiful white 328i. Later that day I was driving that beautiful car home. As I told Kay, my only regret is that I didn't do this sooner! Kay was wonderful. I told her what I was looking for and why, the price I was comfortable with, and she made it all happen within a few hours. Best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. I look forward to purchasing my next vehicle with Kay!

My Review Of Daniels BMW:

Recently I had a wonderful car buying experience. From the initial 'hello', as I was greeted by the friendly staff at the desk, to the moment I drove off in my beautiful BMW convertible, I was treated with courtesy, patience and respect. The man in the middle was Greg Clarke. He listened to my wish list, suggested options, gave alternatives, reviewed choices and did all this with a calm and patient presence. Greg is a knowledgeable professional and a masterful storyteller. His easy way of communicating softens what is often a stressful car buying experience. And if that isn't enough, Greg is there after the sale to answer questions about the car, service or other concerns. It seems that Greg and the Daniels organization share the old time business motto, "The customer comes first". In the short & long term this is a winning strategy for all.
Enough for now. It's time to put down the top and take to the road in my beautiful & intelligent BMW machine!!

My Review Of Daniels BMW:

I started my car the other morning and it sounded like a helicopter - the engine loud, not firing smoothly, uneven, almost shaking the vehicle body. Service Engine light came on. I immediately called Daniels BMW and Debbie answered, and recognized me immediately. GREAT to be acknowledged and welcomed on the first pick up of the phone. I explained the problem, she suggested I come in right away and see Ethan my service advisor. I had to make a stop on the way and we set a rough time.

What dealer says 'come right in, I'll tell your advisor (and actually KNOWS me and who my advisor is). Daniels BMW.

Ethan Harbison, my respected and customer oriented advisor, was welcoming, wiggled me in between clients, and took care of those scheduled clients while my car was being placed back in the service que - as I would expect.
My car was immediately sent back to service, and I knew it would be seen as soon as possible.
I waited in the client waiting area, read some of a paperback book, snagged two complimentary diet sodas, and was kept up to date on the status of my car by Ethan. Once a diagnosis was known, I was reassured that it would be taken care of immediately under extended warranty. I drove away before close of business with a smoothly running and repaired car, which was also washed. Yay!

In addition Ethan determined that the vehicle was due for additional service, we reviewed options and scheduled an appointment for next week.

My experience is the best example of BMW service. Daniels sets a terrific standard not met by Sonnen BMW in Marin, SF BMW in SF or Stevens Creek BMW in Silicon Valley. To make a call when a vehicle is not running well, be recognized by Debbie and assured that I would be taken care of, and to have the vehicle repaired 'on the fly' that very day while I waited, with only a few hours notice, was a tremendous experience. Ethan is a superb service manager, and I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate the efforts he made to take care of my car successfully.
