My Review of Darcars Toyota of Frederick:
My salesman, Eldridge Moses, went far beyond what would be considered "good service", to insure that he found the right truck for me....and actually brought this truck to Frederick Darcars from another Darcars dealership....then proceeded to locate, order and install every single accessory that I requested....and in such a timely manner, that when I arrived in Frederick, after driving all the way from Nova Scotia....on my way back home to Florida....the truck was ready for me when I got there, and all I had to do was sign my name a bunch of times and write a check. All financial details had already been agreed to. Finance manager, Mike O'Brien, was also extremely enjoyable to deal with. There were absolutely no last minute surprises.

Imagine getting the truck of your dreams....at a time when there just aren't many Toyota Tundras out there....doing all of the negotiations over the phone from 1300 miles away...arriving at the dealership only to realize that the truck is even better than you had envisioned....then signing the papers and be out the door in less than an hour. Please let me know if there's an easier and more enjoyable way to purchase a vehicle.

This is the second consecutive truck that I have purchased from Mr. Moses and Darcars Frederick....and I hope to continue our excellent relationship for many more vehicles.
This organization....and Mr. Moses in particular....truly understand the meaning of customer service.

This is my 6th vehicle we have purchased from Darcars Frederick. I have always enjoyed my service from all the employees. Moses was absolutely wonderful. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, very patient and just a all around nice guy. If you are in search of a new vehicle, I would strongly recommend the people at Darcars Frederick. They work with you and always feel satisfied when leaving. I just purchased a Prius Hybrid, so far loving every moment driving it. Awesome car what are you waiting for?

My Review of Darcars Toyota of Frederick:
I would absolutely recommend this dealer to anyone. I obtained my Toyota Camry hybrid through the Cash for Clunkers program. At every step of the sales process, the sales staff was helpful. I felt that I got a very good deal, and was dealt with honestly and fairly. When it turned out that the paint was applied unevenly on my new car, the dealership took the car to the body shop and had the trunk and hood repainted, at no cost to myself. They even loaned me a Camry, at no cost, while the paint repairs were made. The resulting repairs (new paint on the hood and trunk) look very good - work was high quality. The service department also took care of another small emergency repair that was needed that day. I was also impressed that the staff checked back with me, to ensure that everything was going well. As a result of my experiences, I would give this dealership very high marks.

My Review of Darcars Toyota of Frederick:
We just purchased a 2010 Prius from Mr. Moses at DARCARS of Frederick. We attended the Prius Open House event and left with a better understanding of the vehicle. We had been to several Toyota dealers in our area but none had the knowledge that DARCARS of Frederick did. Mr. Moses was the sales-rep that we talked to during this event. As we took our test drive, he explained all of the features, etc. We left the event thinking we would probably buy one, but wanted to "shop" it. After visiting websites and other dealers, we thought that we would just wait. Other dealers were a little pompous about what they had, and what we wanted. Mr. Moses called us back, just to follow up. No pressure, just information. When he had something in stock in the model we were looking at, he called again. No pressure. We showed up, unannounced, he was just arrriving at work. Mr. Moses dropped what he was doing and talked to us again. We discussed our trade in and the deal we wanted. No problem. He took our vehicle and let us fiddle with the Prius. Always coming back to us to ask if we had questions. This man knows his vehicle. Knows how to talk to a customer. Long story short, we purchased the Prius, got what we wanted for our trade in. We are now the proud owners of the Prius III. Though that is not the end of the story. Mr. Moses called us back to see if we had any questions and invited us to the new owners workshop. At our age, we have purchased many vehicles from many dealers. None have gone to the measure that DARCARS of Frederick has to ensure customer satisfaction. They go out of their way to ensure that you understand everything and are satisfied with your experience.

My Review of Darcars Toyota of Frederick:
DARCARS Toyota, Frederick, Maryland, is a well known and respected car dealer which is one of the reasons we first decided to go there. We have always been treated with courtesy and respect by everyone associated with the dealership.

We have owned a 1999 and 2005 Toyota Forerunner (the 2005 was our first purchase with DARCARS, Frederick) which were serviced by DARCARS Frederick, both in excellent condition when we traded them, due partially to the care taken by the service team to keep them in top notch condition. Jason Barber is the Service Technician we work with. Jason is polite, listens, knows his job and takes time to answer and explain questions.

Tate Chrysler was also a dealer we worked with, primarily due to Jason Waltrup (currently General Sales Manager for DARCARS, Frederick), who was a salesman when we first started going there. We purchased four vehicles from Jason over the years and referred many family members and friends to him. We were thrilled when he started working for DARCARS! In the past year, Jason helped us to purchase our 2008 Lexus IS250 and 2008 Toyota FJ Cruiser. In addition to continuing to work with many friends and family for their vehicle needs.

The two Jasons, as we call them, are a terrific team who have our trust and confidence and will keep us coming back to DARCARS, Frederick.

The sales person my husband and I were dealing with was great. There was no pressure put on us which we really like. Moses was great, he was prompt to call you back if he was not available when you called. I would recommend Darcars to any friends who were needed to buy a car/truck.

Impressive response time to internet lead form from Moses. He was very helpful and professional in getting me a 2010 Prius. It was definitely worth the 3hr ride to the dealership. Thanks to Sales Manager Jason and his loan options I was able to get a deal I can live with. Finance Manager Sean was very professional also. All in All a positive experience and I look forward to doing business here again.

Excellent Service, Smooth transaction.....highly reccomend. From beginning to end our sales person and the manager were great. James Welch is an asset to the dealership as well as his General Sales Manager Jason. They all worked to get us a fair price and great service.

Ive been a tech most of my life.Bought the 2007 xTerra used 51k on drive train.Dealership lied about 30-1000 mile warranty.If anything happens within that time frame we will take care of it.Well the rear had whining noise in rear,oil filter leak,Also backfire and pop through exhaust,All of which there dealership and there sister dealership DARCAR NISSAN said was normal.BS.I changed the oil filter oil leak went away,Changed the rear differential fluid found metal shavings in rear Again NOT NORMAL I REPEAT DARCAR NOT NORMAL.Also will be getting diagnoses for popping on Monday.People DARCAR NISSAN ALSO DARCAR TOYOTA ARE TERRIBLE AND DIRTY DEALING ESPECIALLY MR BRADY AND THE SERVICE STAFF AT DARCAR NISSAN COLLEGE PARK ESPECIALLY!!!!!!!!!STAY AWAY FROM DIRTY DEALERSHIPS.IF YOU WANT A LIST I CAN PROVIDE IT OF DIRTY DEALERSHIPS IN VA,MD,
