My Review of Darrell Waltrip Honda:
This is the only way to buy a new or used car. The Internet Department quoted the price right up front. No games. I went in and it was exactly what they said it would be. I took delivery of the Accord in less than 1 hour. The best buying experience ever. Crest and Tricket quoted me lower prices but when I went to pick up the car they didn't have it stock at 1 store and the other added $599 for Exterior and Interior protection that I didn't want. They have followed up with me after the sale and I had a lot of fun buying and servicing my Accord at D.W. Honda in Franklin, TN.

My Review of Darrell Waltrip Honda:
Deceitful. Poor customer service. Changed offer after having me come back two days in a row and blamed the bank instead of their poor service. Not sincere. Would avoid at all costs.

My Review of Darrell Waltrip Honda:
Poor customer service. Treated the customer as though they did not care if they received your business, referral or had repeat customers. Offered below value on trade-in. Were not respectful or sincere towards the customer. Allowed me to leave irrate and unhappy after reaching a deal. They changed their terms last minute after several hours and a couple days of negotiations.

My Review of Darrell Waltrip Honda:
I have had the best service experiance ever at Darell Waltrip honda. They have made my service calls as easy as possible, with their Kindness, prices, discounts, and their nice childrens playroom. I have 2 year old twins and the playroom was a blessing! I would highly recomend this dealership for serivce!

My Review of Darrell Waltrip Honda:
Bad Dealer: Bought an Accord and while they were preping it for delivery the salesperson (who was nice) called to explain why they were taking locking lugnuts off the car and the plastic piece that goes around the sunroof (seems they forgot to put it on the sticker) However, I had bargened for the car with that on it this was the first bad experience . . . (when I got there they decided to leave the stuff on it because the sales manager did not want to pay the service dept to remove them. . .) Anyhow,

Second bad experience: Unusual process there of removing the tags and personal belongings from your trade in before going to see the business manager. This burly, ex football player has rough sales tatics to sell extended warranty, pre pay service agreements and additional insurance. Doesn't understand "no thanks" Extremely high-pressure and emotional

Third, and this is the one that has stuck with me at least a close second to the first is that they charge a whopping $298 doc prep fees. (see above, 'taking the plates off your trade in' FIRST at this point you are ready to go home and the $298 seems a cheap price for getting the heck out of dodge, but what really irked me was this business manager told me I had already agreed to this when I struck the deal. A thorough review of the pre sales docuement shows he lied. The only mention of this was in the "+ taxes, license and fees" nothing mentioning the $298, the process of taking your tags off, personal items out and finally, finally going to see business manager is bad enough but when he told me I had already agreed to $298, this takes the cake.

AVOID DARRELL WALTRIP and go to an honorable dealer!
