Very bad customer service and unprofessional employees. I brought my truck in to have four new tires put on. The service advisor told me it would be done by 1pm. At 2:30pm I had not received any word, so I I brought my truck in to have four new tires put on. The service advisor told me it would be done by 1pm. At 2:30pm I had not received any word, so I called. They told me it would be done in 20 minutes, so I headed into the shop. At exactly 20 minutes from the time I called I walked into the shop to inquire about my truck (again no word). My advisor could not be found, so I waited. After about 10 more minutes I finally asked the other service advisor if someone else could help me. He immediately got a negative look on his face and snapped back at me that he was trying to help me. I guess he was helping me by trying to find the other advisor. Why couldn't he just help me? I wasn't personally attached to "my" advisor, and I just wanted to get my truck back. I felt that he was unprofessional and rude. It was completely unnecessary to treat me that way. "My" advisor finally showed up and I was able to get my truck, however once I looked at it I noticed that they had only put two new tires on and not four. This was a problem with the sales department, but it ended up taking the service department all that time for only two tires. Needless to say, I was not happy and this was definitely not a hassle free experience. I will never use Dave Smith for anything ever again. More

A very, VERY upset purchaser!! I was dealing with salesman "Ryan" on a certain vehicle. He gave me his cell number, so we could exchange text messages. He never replied until i cussed him out & accused him of "going on a vacation during a sale" and sure as xxxx, thats what he said he did!! "On vacation with my family" he said! He said he would have his boss, David Waddell, call me. I told him to forget it!! It must be nice in the middle of a sale to just up and leave and not tell the MAIN person you are dealing with!!! I will never contact THIS dealership! xxxx, i mite not even go to Idaho!! But i will tell Idaho about their Washington dealership!! I would never, NEVER recommend this dealership to ANyBoDY!!!! Too bad I can't give "NEGATIVE STARS"!!! More

This means that for 90% of the last two months it was NOT functioning! I would have known right away had they informed me. More

Our sales person, Brad Ell, was very helpful and knowledgeable; we can recommend him without reservation. The dealership as a whole is well organized and well staffed. We originally went in to purchase a new Nissan Rogue but found that the Murano is more spacious and better equipped and suited our needs better. There was absolutely no pressure from our salesman to buy the more expensive model. This is the advantage of having the same sales commission for either one. More
