My Review of Dave Walter BMW:
I received excellent customer service at Dave Walter. Everyone was very polite and welcoming at the dealership. Jim Bruce, my sales advisor, was very knowledgeable about the BMW product and I felt as though he really cared about my well being. Last year I was interested in purchasing a new vehicle, however it just wasn't the right time. I was still locked into a car payment on my current vehicle and I didn't want to do a trade in. Most salesmen will keep pressuring you by phone and attack you through emails, but not Bruce. He understood why it wasn't the right time for me, however he still allowed me to test drive a car, gave me projected pricing, and extended warranty information. I told him that when I was ready, I would defiantly come back to purchase a car from him. This year I came back as promised. Bruce welcomed me with open arms. We first spoke over through email and via telephone. When he found the car I was looking for he made an appointment with me that fit my busy schedule. I can appreciate Jim's customer friendly, positive attitude. I know his job is to sell cars but he creates strong business relationships with his customers, well at least he did with me. The price was great, just like my overall experience.

Throughout the entire experience I enjoyed an excellent customer experience and felt happy with my sales man and his supporting staff.

My Review of Dave Walter BMW:
We have never visited a BMW dealer before or purchased one. We were treated very nicely without pressure. The models were explained well and options. We purchased on our initial visit. We did not feel pushed toward any one model but were more coached as to what might best fit our life style. My wife got luxury,,,,,I got speed!!!!!!!!!.

My Review of Dave Walter BMW:
My experience with Dave walter BMW and especially my salesman, Jim Bruce was truly expectional! The showroom and grounds are beautiful and you feel very comfortable and relaxed. However, the greatest asset this dealership has is my salesman, Mr. Jim Bruce. Jim spent his whole afternoon (5+ hours) with me making sure that I was well informed in making the decision to purchase the right vehicle for my needs. He never once rushed me and made me feel that I was the most important person there. We went on a test drive and he pointed out everything on the vehicle I was considreing purchasing and explained it very well. The vehicle I test drove and ultimately purchased was a 2012 BMW 328i that was on the showroom floor. What a fantastic vehicle with all the latest technology to make driving exciting and at the same time very safe. Jim Bruce also went "the extra mile" and he offered to come in on his day off and personally go over the vehicle with me again if there was anything that I needed further explanation on. He was very sincere when he said this. He also helped me to schedule a service appoinment that day for my current vehicle. The finance depatment was also very steamlined and smooth. After the sale, Jim Bruce followed up with me to make sure that everthimg was going well with my vehicle and invited me back every Saturday for a free car wash and hot dog's! BMW is more than the ultimate driving machine because Jim Bruce and Dave Walter BMW make it truly exceptional! They have a customer for life as well as my family!

Jim listened to my needs and provided me with several choices in my price range and the series BMW I was requesting. He was patient, thorough, and informative.

David was the sales representative that sold me my previous BMW from Ganley in Middleburg Hts. I was pleased to reconnect with him at Dave Walters. He remembered my husband and I and the vehicle we purchased. I will continue to travel to Akron due to our established relationship and positive experience.

Erik made the financing process comfortable and expedient. I was pleased with his knowledge through out the process.
