The dealership sales staff was very friendly, helpful, and not condescending as many dealers can be with women. They were encouraging but not pushy, and they really made an effort to negotiate a good deal with me. I have never been treated so well by a dealership! I would not hesitate to buy another car in the future with Dave Walter BMW. My experience was wonderful!

We had a wonderful experience at this dealership. Everyone was informative and helpful. Everyone we dealt with made sure we understood every aspect of the automobile. They were very personable and made sure we were comfortable. They were willing to stay late and finish up our deal, even installing a windscreen for us while the paperwork was being processed. We would definitely go back to this dealership and highly recommend it to others.

Being a 20 something looking for a BMW, I thought I would not be taken seriously at the dealership but I was wrong. I arrived at the dealership last Saturday around closing time and I was warmly greeted by Robert Noetzel along with the general manager, Shujaat. We talked numbers and different car options for about 2 hours after closing, which showed me that these gentlemen really wanted me to drive off in a BMW. I drove from Cleveland (about an hour drive) and they understood the importance of time and they cut out the hassle and teeth pulling of negotiating a price. I ended up leasing a 3-series and I feel that I got a great deal! I also traded in my SUV and got a price very close to the KBB trade-in value for the vehicle. I was very happy about that. Jeff is their product specialist and he helped me configure my phone to bluetooth and showed me how to use the iDrive system, which would have taken me a while to figure out myself. I've owned many luxury cars in the past (mostly Japanese luxury - Acura and Infiniti and Mercedes) and have never seen such dedication and knowledge from a dealership's staff. This is the first of many future BMWs that I will be getting from this dealership!

I returned to Walters BMW based on past experiance. Eric Eisenhart is always very professional and customer driven. He is always willing to go the extra mile to make your experiance easy and enjoyable. Shujaat Siddiqui is a great Manager that supports his team and extends himself to customers.

The sales group (Michelle and David) were very accommodating in allowing us to test a couple models overnight which resulted in a much better judgement regarding type of vehicle and options to purchase. The team took the time to work with us and did a great job answering all questions and concerns to our satisfaction. Joshua in Finance took the time to go over the options and did a great job explaining the options and process. Shujaat addressed our concern on a paint defect and was very accommodating due to late hours on a Friday night. We purchased our last BMW from a closer dealer to our home but Dave Walter's is our new dealer of choice going forward and will pass that along to our friends as well. Great Job!!

We were not sure if we wanted to lease or buy (since we've never leased before), Mark Stacy was extremely thorough and patient with us.
We drove several cars, new and used, and later in the day drove off in a brand new 328ix! My wife was thrilled and our whole experience was unlike any car buy we've ever encountered! Thanks Mark!

Everyone with whom we worked was courteous and professional. There were no high-pressure sales tactics, yet we felt encouraged to ask questions and make inquiry as needed. Although we had our own financing, we decided to use BMW's Financial Service because of the ease of doing business, especially with Mr. David Theado. Mr. Joshua Deluco was personable, courteous, and informative. Our Client Advisor, Mr. Ryan Burgess was quite patient, as I had no idea exactly what I wanted when we arrived. My husband owned a BMW, but I had never owned one, and was rarely able to drive his (smile). I can say with certainty, that based upon the quality service I received, I am now a Customer for life. A gentleman (Shab Tadayon) that was not personally involved in the sale took the time to introduce himself, make sure that we were comfortable, and offered assistance if we were less than 100% satisfied. What a way to make purchasing a vehicle an enjoyable experience rather than a stressful one! Kudos to the staff at Dave Walter BMW. In the words of the Terminator character, "I'll be back". From the moment i drove on lot with old vehicle & saw my to be purchased BMW, with a sign with my name that said RESERVED for Miss Zock, i was SOLD!! It's all the little amazing friendly & above & beyond things the entire delaership did to make my BMW buying experience that much more magical!!!!!
