I contacted the dealership by phone in early December after looking online at a car that I wanted. After speaking with Peter I learned that the car has already been sold. I was very disappointed but Peter at that time assured me that if this was the type of car that I was looking for he would pass this information on to his boss and that he would be in touch with me once they had another car on the lot. Of course when I hung up I thought, he probably want call and for sure they want find a car as good as the one that I saw online....LOL!!! Well to my surprise on the morning of December 30th my cell rang!!! It was Peter's voice saying, there is a cadillac on the lot if you are still interested. MY response, is it a cadillac coupe?!?! Peter's response," Yes Ms. Whitney and it's a lot better car than what you originally wanted but how soon can you get down to Irving to look at it"? There were several obstacles but the major one that I would have to face is that I still owed more on my car than what it was worth. After several phone calls back and forth with Peter, he assured me that financing was working in my FAVOR and I was approved but I needed to come to Irving as soon as possible. I told him that I could be at the dealership before they closed. Upon arrival to the dealership I was finally able to lay eyes on the car that I had been approved for. Immediatley I knew that Peter had worked very hard in helping to make sure that I got this car! I am really not sure of all that he had to go through to get me in this car but he had to have taken the negative in order that I get the positive ...a 2013 Cadillac Coupe/2dr and my car that I owed more on than it was worth...was paid off!!!!!!!! Blessings do happen and on December 30th, my blessing was to have Peter Idusogie as my Sales Consultant! Peter is the man, stop by and see him if you are looking to purchase a car. He is the BEST!!!! Greg worked the computer to override built-in Texas fees and tax computation methods to adjust for titling the vehicle in Oklahoma.. Outstanding New Vehicle Customer Service Department! We wanted to trade in our 2012 Honda Pilot on a new 2015 model. We took our vehicle to Car MAX and received an offer to purchase it. We then went to D We wanted to trade in our 2012 Honda Pilot on a new 2015 model. We took our vehicle to Car MAX and received an offer to purchase it. We then went to David McDavid Honda in Irving as it is the biggest dealer in our local area, to see what it had to offer. Upon walking through the door into the sales room, we saw Mr. Michael Sawin, Sales Manager, told him what we wanted. He and Mr. Terry Barden worked with us and showed us exactly what we wanted. Mr. Sawin worked a deal that gave us more equity for our vehicle than we would have gotten through selling it to Car MAX. We drove the new Pilot just to ensure it was as we expected.. Mr. Sawin showed us the final price, we shook hands, Terry got the paperwork completed and we then went through the process to finalize the lease. The hardest part of it all, as usual, is going through Finance and getting all the paperwork finalized. All said and done, we got the new Honda Pilot we wanted at an exceptionally good price without the usual haggling at most dealerships. David McDavid has great customer service, friendly and knowledgeable employees and they did what they said they would do. David McDavid definitely earned our business and trust! More
