We've been using McDermott Lexus service since we bought our RX-400h in 2007. We've always had execellent service from everyone. We've never had better service anywhere at any time. It's a great way to build loyalty in a business that often revolves around getting the best-priced deal above all else. The service individuals are always friendly and always with a smile. The service itself has always completed the repairs or maintenance issues the first time. This dealership runs extremely efficiently and effectively and makes the customer feel like he is their only service issue that day. On 8/5/2012 I went to their shop thinking that i will buy a new Lexus RX350 AWD model and their Sales Person didn't even bother to say "NO" instead started laughing (as if we were idiots). Within next 1 minu a new Lexus RX350 AWD model and their Sales Person didn't even bother to say "NO" instead started laughing (as if we were idiots). Within next 1 minute i told my wife that I am not gonna buy SUV from them even if they are selling $5000 cheaper than the market price and we went out. One of the worst places i have ever been. More

Buy your car somewhere else, but you can have it serviced there. Their prices are way to high and the reasons they gave me where so stupid they were insulting. I have read what others have written about them, and they seem happy with the treatment they received, but I walked away without a car that I have been dreaming of for years. I hate to say it , but maybe because I am a woman they thought I didn't know what I was talking about. I say this because when I told them I wanted an RX, they suggested an ES instead? I get the impression they didn't think I knew the difference? My favorite is when they offered me their "special" financing which was only 1.9 % HIGHER then what Lexus was offering. Oh, in case you are asking, My credit score is 801, so I can't tell you how happy I was with their offer. My advice, bring your boyfriend with you to get the best deal, then leave. I know I will never purchase a car there and that is a shame b/c I always have my cars serviced there. Great shout out to the service department, who treats me like a valued customer. More
