Xtime has not shown correctly the (3) times have had it in for service. I have sent email, texts and voice communication to the service department with no responses. Passenger side mat was damaged during a recent service visit. You would think with spending $100k at a dealership, the service would be a bit better. And I continue to send thousands after my purchase on add-ons…no difference. More

This is the fifth vehicle I have bought from Scott Lee this particular vehicle Canyon 84 had less than 400 miles before it developed the oil leak did not have parts on hand. Then when parts came in, they did not like one I did most of the communicating calling in to advisor rental car was nice, but I would have preferred a truck since you were working on a truck, three weeks to repair truck truck was dirty when I arrived no advisor explained repairs just asked to sign papers and truck was waiting outside now. Finance payment is not correct. Was told first payment was due in July received payment this week saying starting May 20, so far Not the experience I’ve had in the past More

I was a little disappointed, having to bring my new truck in with less than 400 miles then not having parts and then having an issue with parts. Very nice to get a rental car but would have preferred a truck since I bought a truck after the repairs were done. I was told truck was ready for pick up . I arrived to get truck advisor had me sign papers and then I was told truck was outside ready to go no explanation of really what was done and I would’ve thought they could’ve at least vacuumed out the truck. It was washed on the outside and clean in appearance. More
