My Review of Dayton Toyota/Scion:
It caught my first good impression when I entered the newly rennovated customer lounge, it is very pleasant and relaxing. Please keep that way, don't change anything in the new lounge.

Their internet department response is very quick. The sales process is straight and no hassle, and the prices are fair. They are the very best people to work with.

Our new car had been kept in top good condition at dealership before sale, it was not driven by the unscrupulous test drivers. It had very low mileage reading.

My Review of Dayton Toyota/Scion:
Dear Fellow Shoppers,

I was shopping around for a Scion Xb and no one paid attention to me at other surrounding dealerships......basically, no one greeted me and/or even gave me the time of day. At least, not until I stepped into Dayton Toyota Scion on Route 130!

I was greeted by a very polite and quite frankly.....FRIENDLY Sales-person by the name of Kiki (how could I forget his name...LOL!) and from start to finish I was taken care of like a King in his own Castle.

The other Sales Reps were friendly too, as well as the Service Dept. (that Kiki introduced me to during his Sales Process).

No question in my mind why this is an Award winning Signature Dealership and I will surely recommend Kiki to all of my friends and Family!

I thought the salesman had excellent product knowledge. He was thorough in his presentation. He was available on his day off. I went to another dealer. I could compare his performance to the other salesman. He made a phone call the day after I picked up the car to check and see if I had any questions. I did not know how to load the CD player.

My Review of Dayton Toyota/Scion:
I was in the process of buying my first car and had been to many dealerships. Gene Bonnell was by far my favorite sales professional. He showed me a pre-owned Acura TSX and I absolutely loved it. He made this stressful process very relaxed and fun for me. He was extremely interesting to talk to and he was very receptive to my needs in a car. Gene was very helpful and knowledgable. It was truly a pleasure working with him and I'm going to recommend my parents to buy cars from him in the future (my mom is looking into buying a Camry soon).

My Review of Dayton Toyota/Scion:
everything is great until the deal is made and the car's been paid..let's hope you bought new or certifed since only then are any car problems taken care of since real guarantees/warranties exist...as for used cars and not certified or even worse, not Toyota....anything that you think the dealership should fix that has gone wrong, regardless of any guarantee given...it be out of their pocket and it will not happen...stay clear of dealership if shopping for a used car...
