Diana was great. Not pushy and easy to talk to. I never expect anyone sales rep to know everything about every issue and with Diana she never tried to xxxxxxxx her way through anything. If she didn't know the answer to a question about the car, the loan or whatever she ask if she could be excused to find out the answers then inform me of the answer. Diana is a class act and I would not hesitate to suggest her to people interested in buying a car. I also felt the Finance person was extremely helpful and not pushy either. The managers were good people also... The reason I didn't give a GREAT marking on the price is due to always wanting more...and let's face it the more I get the more I want. I understand that you have to make money but I want to get the best price ever. No worries though! THANKS!! More
Justin was an absolutely great person to work with. He was friendly, got us what we wanted and was pleasant to work with. Was not planning on trading inmy car at that moment, but as he said "You won't be was friendly, got us what we wanted and was pleasant to work with.
