Scary expierence Had oil change took 3 hours. Left service center and 2 blocks from center car shut down on a 6 lane road. Car would restart but shut down each time Had oil change took 3 hours. Left service center and 2 blocks from center car shut down on a 6 lane road. Car would restart but shut down each time after 20 to 60 seconds. Called service center and they sent 2 mechanics. They added 3 quarts of oil, drove back to service center. They checked car out, found a crushed washer. They did another oil change and replaced the washer. So it was scary and the longest oil change I've ever expierenced More

When Scott went to get the car the check engine light went off on it’s own only to return as we drove it the next day. The diagnosis involved a $2000 repair on a 10 year old car so we choose to purchase a new car after discussing what the implications would be if we did not do the repair. Scott had us set up with Jeff which worked out well. More
