DeNooyer even did a vehicle trade with another dealer in Battle Creek to get me the exact 2011 Malibu I wanted. He did not push upgrades, but made sure I knew what was available and the price tag along with it. Jay and Ray both took a lot of time to answer all of my questions...even when I asked the same question three different ways. The Malibu even had a full tank of gas when I picked it up.
