Throughout the entire process Brendon Serritella ( Sales Manager ) , Dan Pakatar (sales consultant) and Dwayne Lockrow (blue service team leader) were outstanding, right from the moment we walked in, through the picking the correct vehicle to meet our needs and the financing process to the day of delivery. I would highly recommend Mr. Serritella and the folks at DePaula to everyone. So if your looking for a dealership with no pressure, no sales hype, just laid back bunch of men and women where customer care and service is number one, stop by and speak to Brendon or Dan. More
This was by far my best experience looking for and buying a new car. No problems whatsoever. Would highly recommend them. Most dealerships seem to be so pushy and just want to push the sale thru. Depaula Chevrolet knows the delicate balance of letting you have alone time and providing assistance when you need it. I have never enjoyed stepping into a dealership, for fear of being hounded. An associate pleasantly greeted me, then let me have time to myself as I looked around. And I did not have that feeling as though I needed to avoid other associates so as not to confuse the 'commission' process. More
Sales dept sleazy. Called in advance to make appointment. Walked in main entrance 3 salesmen sitting at desks, one with feet kicked up talking on phone, two others pretending to work on compute appointment. Finally after about 10 minutes a salesmen finally gets up to help us person who answered phone wasn't around. From there it was the good old "let me check with my manager" crap. Never offered to show us any cars after we told them what we were interested in nor offered a test drive. Too bad dealers like this tarnish image of American brand cars. No sale that day or ever from me to DePaula. Went up the street to Saturn and had a wonderful sales experience. More
Everytime I go to De Paula, they try and screw me out of more money. It's like they find things to charge me for. One time I had to drive home without an inspection sticker because of my clear turn signal more money. It's like they find things to charge me for. So now all I do is take my stock lenses with me, change them in the parking lot, get inspected, and swap them back. Also, since they have 4 difference service "teams", if you don't know which color "team" you are in, you're in trouble. If your "team" representative isn't at his desk, the other 3 reps won't do a xxxx thing to help you. Heaven forbid you actually had a life outside of the dealership. DO NOT go to this dealership!! I cannot stress this enough. They will find some way for you to walk out of there at least $300 lighter. More
