Be aware that Deacon Jones Chevrolet requires you to have the Deacon Jones Advantage. This adds $899 to the cost of the vehicle. They don't tell you this until you see the final documentation. Any educated person knows this is just another warranty/insurance scam the dealers use to get another $1k out of you at the closing. I would never recommend this to anyone. FYI most people can get insurance with a $500 deductible, and add window repair coverage, and tire coverage when they buy tires. These dealerships that require this are only doing it to make more money at the expense of the customer. Be aware, educate yourself, and make better financial decisions! I Tyrone, Peggy's husband, was told to bring my Silverado truck in on Monday morning, so I did as I was asked. I told the service advisor Sean the issue that I wanted them to check on my truck as well as per truck in on Monday morning, so I did as I was asked. I told the service advisor Sean the issue that I wanted them to check on my truck as well as performed the recalls that were on it. I also let them know this is the vehicle that I drive back and forth to work and that I would need it back as soon as possible. I never got a call back from the service advisor about the condition of my truck and what needed to be done. I called at least three times and my wife called once before I got any real response from the service department. My truck wasn't put in the shop checked until Thursday afternoon. I understand that my truck is a 2011 which is rather old and yes they did find more things wrong with it than I expected but I really did not like the disrespect that I received from the service department and I did not like the fact that even though my vehicle is old it and I was treated as if we were worthless. My truck may be worthless to them but it is not to me. I appreciate the fact that I was only charged 2 hours of the 5-Hour diagnostic time that was spent on it but I dislike the fact that my truck was there since Monday and they didn't even have the parts to perform the recall, so I have to take my truck back to get the recalls done. However, all the other repairs that need to be done either I or another service dealer department will do them. My wife is also considering taking her own vehicle to another service dealer department in the future because of the disrespect that I received. More

January 22, 2024 I brought my 2022 Buick Envision, to the service department this morning, to have parts for the heated seats installed and was very pleased.
