I just called this place to get work done on my 2018 Mazda 3 and do you know what these goofs said? "We don't have any technicians that are licensed to work on Mazda's. Went in today for a meeting with President(Holcombe) over Mazda in mobile alabama he insured me that they will try to get me in another vehicle with either Mazda or Kia had to do credit work I let them know Mazda in mobile alabama he insured me that they will try to get me in another vehicle with either Mazda or Kia had to do credit work I let them know my credit is in repair still was forced to pull it by the sales manager still denied through Mazda they told me that they will try Kia and call me by the end of today we’ll here it is 1/18/2021 830pm the end of the day has been over for quite sometime now I left with a positive attitude because I feel like I would either get further repairs or a refund or some money back or another vehicle from the poor service they gave me guess what nothing happened but a conversation that was useless because again lack of communication I’m starting to think I should apply as a secretary since they don’t believe in returning calls! (Very upset) not please and again won’t shop! They haven’t tried to do anything then told me if they can’t get me in a cda r they’ll charge me 400$ for some tires after I already spent over 2,000$ with them on Friday I’m appalled that’s a million dollar company there’s no way they should still be begging and not helping! I need headquarters to call me ASAP this is unacceptable. More

Terrible Serivce I bought my car from the Dean McCrary Mazda about two years ago and have not had any problems with the car or the sales department, however the servic I bought my car from the Dean McCrary Mazda about two years ago and have not had any problems with the car or the sales department, however the service department is horrible. They don't answer the phone, their online schedule doesn't work, and when you do finally get someone on the phone they are rude and sound like they have the education level of a 3rd grader. She kept telling me they were booked up on Saturday and I was asking about Friday. It is Wednesday and all I need is a simple oil change before I go out of town Friday night. I called Dean McCrary Kia and made an appointment for Friday morning (and the 60 second phone conversation was much more pleasant.) More
