We are thrilled -- at Dean Team, Nothing is Impossible! I'm a skeptic – and generally don’t like to buy cars. So we tend to ‘buy and hold’ a car we really want for a long time. We maintain multiple cars at this facility, and each time I go in, I can have a very productive conversation with them about our service goals. On our newer vehicle I appreciate their efficient, reliable service and advising. In addition to that, on our older vehicle, I especially appreciate their patient and competent troubleshooting. Knowledgable, efficient, helpful, the best! I went in knowing what I wanted, and Ryan was great at answering questions and was very knowledgable about the car as well as possible other options I I went in knowing what I wanted, and Ryan was great at answering questions and was very knowledgable about the car as well as possible other options I might be interested in. He was upfront and helpful. I came back the next day to trade in and make the purchase. Carl was wonderful with answering all the questions about my trade in, the purchasing and financing of the car and made sure I had his info incase I had any future questions. I had no issues getting a great value on my trade in, and got a fantastic deal on my 2013 Hyundai Tuscon. I highly recommend this dealership, and have already suggested it to family and friends who are looking to buy. More
