I had been to several dealerships prior to this and no one would even try to work out the numbers with us, went here and Jim Happe was more than willing to help us and did so right away with a car and a deal without wasting my time. I was really impressed with this dealership over the past several years and as a matter of fact because of the great service I get time after time, this is my fourth car from them!!! I worked with Mark McNulty, and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and made sure I was comfortable with the vehicle before I drove it off the lot. I also didn't feel pressured which made the buying experience much more enjoyable than I've had at other dealerships in the past. Mark was also very helpful answering any questions I had after purchase. Rick Richards also made the financial/closing process smooth and painless. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a Subaru. More

Positive experience! We went to Dean Team Subaru on Manchester even though it was the farthest Subaru dealer from our home. We went that far in order to have a positive experience. The Dean Team staff was polite, took time with us. Our salesman, Jason Moore did not make us feel rushed even though our first test drive was 30 minutes before closing time. I had done research on the Outback but wanted to be sure we were treated with respect and not pressured. We had a very positive experience!!! I would recommend this dealership to anyone...and Jason! More
