I also didn't feel pressured which made the buying experience much more enjoyable than I've had at other dealerships in the past. Mark was also very helpful answering any questions I had after purchase. Rick Richards also made the financial/closing process smooth and painless. Our salesman, Jason Moore did not make us feel rushed even though our first test drive was 30 minutes before closing time. I had done research on the Outback but wanted to be sure we were treated with respect and not pressured. We had a very positive experience!!! I would recommend this dealership to anyone...and Jason!
