My husband was traveling from Ohio to Oklahoma when the emergency lights came on in his VW PASSAT as he neared the St. Louis area. Then I called Dean Team Subaru Volkswagen and, although they were also completely booked, they "didn't want to leave us in trouble in the middle of a long distance trip." MARK and JEFF squeezed us in, fixed the problem (which turned out to be a recall) AND also fixed another recall airbag issue. THEY ARE TERRIFIC in our book! Very thoughtful and caring despite their busy schedule. We highly recommend this dealership. Obviously if their service department treats customers so well, their sales staff must be wonderful as well. More

I went to Dean Team to look at a VW Jetta and when we went back it was sold. The salesman Neil Smith switched us to another vehicle although used was in great shape. I had them repair a few flaws with it and I kept hearing the same noise, Jeff in Service Department took the car for almost a week until they finally had to send it out to the appropriate dealership. It took almost a week and two visits but theyt were determined to make the car right. Needless to say they gave me a 2011 Hyundi Sonata to drive until they got it fixed. A great TEAM and superb Service Ceneter and many Kudo's to both of them. More

I came in on a saturday to buy some power steering fluid for my 01 jetta and the service department was closed, I walked inside to the sales floor and as soon as i walked in they asked if I needed help. This dealer is a half hour drive from our home but we go there because of how well we're treated - we get a loaner while the car's in service so that we can do our shopping! What a luxury!
