My car Was making a clicking sound in so I made an appointment to have it looked at. It took me six weeks to get an appointment. Once in the shop they told me what was wrong and they did have a part i appointment to have it looked at. It took me six weeks to get an appointment. Once in the shop they told me what was wrong and they did have a part in stock but it wouldn’t be done that day. A couple days later I called because I had not heard any details on an update of the progress. When I called they told me that the part had just arrived. I asked when the car would be done for pick up and they stated they were going to have to work it back in. They told me they would have it done sometime at the end of the week and will give me an update the next day. I did not hear anything from them the next day or the following day until I called them. I recently bought a new 22 Jeep Wrangler from Deery and had an excellent experience! Marc kept me updated throughout the buying process and once the vehicle arrived The process went smoothly. More

Awesome customer service. All the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They did an amazing job detailing my jeep, looks like new again.
