We get good service when we come to the dealership for oil changes. Though, I wish we weren’t pressured by the staff to add on other repairs. After the website came back up, it was easy to schedule my apt. The day of, I got a follow up confirmation. After I was seen by the designated representative, I appreciate being asked what needed to be don my apt. The day of, I got a follow up confirmation. After I was seen by the designated representative, I appreciate being asked what needed to be done on the appointment, and he did know what I already selected on the website. The feedback was genuine and I did not feel like he was tacking on additional nonsense, but stuck to was was truly needed for the vehicle. More
