Saturday service Since I can only schedule my service appointments on Saturdays, I sometimes had difficulty finding a date that worked. This dealership made it so easy to schedule a Saturday appointment. I just arrived home from that service appointment I couldn't be more pleased. I was greeted by name by the person who checked me in. My car was taken right back and worked on and then they helped with a coupon for my service that brought the price down by $10.00. I don't usually write reviews, but I needed to write one today and thank Catherine and Tanya for all of their help this morning. This dealership has just become the place where I will always take my car for service. More
Subaru service 1. Very easy to make an appointment. I called early in the week and was able to schedule for Saturday morning (Saturday was my requested day). 2. 1. Very easy to make an appointment. I called early in the week and was able to schedule for Saturday morning (Saturday was my requested day). 2. Michael (and I'm sorry I didn't take note of his last name) provided excellent communication on Saturday morning. I initially scheduled for an oil change. When I arrived, I asked for the technician to check the tire pressure. While I was in the waiting area, Michael came over to tell me the tire pressure sensors in several of the tires were not working properly but the tires were fine. He relayed that the tire sensors are kept in the regular Subaru service area (closed on weekends) but could be replaced during the week. That's fine. They can be replaced during my next major interval service appointment. He then came back to say two belts were glazed and worn and asked if I wanted them replaced while I was there. He offered a loaner car for the time it would take or a shuttle lift home in case I had errands to run. A truly thoughtful gesture. I gave the go ahead for the belt replacement and waited in the lounge (with my trusty tablet!). To top off an already excellent experience, when I was walking back to the payment area with Michael after he told me my car was ready, I noticed my car had been washed. What a very pleasant surprise indeed! I appreciate all of the communication during my visit and also that the technician took the time to check the belts and replace them.
