Paul, we sat down with the sales team and managers and went over your comments and concerns. All certified vehicles have a certification fee. This not only includes the inspection, but any repairs done to make it new-like condition and meet the requirements of the OEM Hyundai. All these fees are listed on the bottom of the vehicle page on the website. Prices do not include government fees and taxes, any finance charges, dealer documentation fee of $899, Reconditioning and testing fees of $1595.00, and dealer-added accessories. As for the manager telling you that the price on the website is incorrect to get people to show up, that is just 100% untrue. We are fully transparent. Again, the certification and state-required fees are at the bottom of each page. If you would like to set a time to come in or call and speak to the GM to go over the particulars of the vehicle in question, we would be more than glad to set something up at your convenience. Thank you for your interested in the certified Hyundai.

Not 100% untrue... he absolutely told me that they purposely post the lower price to get people to come in... please don't call me a liar to hide your terrible business practices. He lied that all dealerships charge this certification fee. Not true at all. Call Coconut Creek Hyundai and ask them if they charge a certification fee for a listing that is 'certified pre owned' or go to their website or most dealerships. They do not. The fact you list it as certified with a price ... should be the price and not hide it in small print... the fact I am explaining it is what is wrong with your dealership. It is simple.. reputable dealerships don't do this nonsense.. you do which makes you what you are.
