Out of state customers beware This is an out of state review. We found a car on their site that was reasonably priced. Maybe too good to be true even. We contacted the dealership This is an out of state review. We found a car on their site that was reasonably priced. Maybe too good to be true even. We contacted the dealership after submitting a request form through their website about the car as well as a 2nd car they had on their lot. Later that night we received an email from Jessica who wanted us to call her. My fiance spoke with Jessica the next day and she walked her through the process. After emailing us a credit application and informing us that we'd be turned over to Peter Jimenez, we started the game. Jessica assured us that they'd take a look at day since there was still plenty of time in their work day and since we were out of state, we wanted to find out about the car. Nothing. The next day, our hopes turned up because the car was everything we've been looking for minus the color, we went to look at it on their site to show our kids. The listing is gone. Ok? Maybe they're holding it for us. This could be good news right? We waiting until two hours after opening and called. The receptionist transferred me to Peter, who was polite in telling me he was with another customer at that time and would call me back. Fair enough. 4 hours go back. I decide to check in. The receptionist says that he's with another customer. Apparently I'm not good enough for their time. That's ok. I can wait. Then I got to thinking, did they sell the car and didn't even want to give me the respect to call me and say so? So I get my friend to call them and inquire about the car as it's still popping up in ads on websites despite being off their site. I had the stock # and had him reference it so we knew it was legit. The car was sold. Right out from under our noses. My credit application is in there for this car and it was sold right out from under me. Moral of the story is that out of state customers be careful. You aren't important. They're SOOOOO busy with local customers that unless you show up in person, you aren't valued. My salesperson Peter Jimenez couldn't spare 5 minutes in his day to touch base with us even though we stressed how much we wanted the car. I had cash ready to help with any financial bumps that would have stopped us and all. But no. I'm not worth the time for Peter Jimenez or his manager. When I called back to speak to a manager to cancel the whole then, the receptionist transferred me back to Jessica. That poor woman. She definitely does her job well. She was kind, understanding, and easy to reach. But once you're told "I'll transfer you to the main building", good luck. Furthermore, I had ample time waiting for Peter Jimenez's call, so I read reviews on all the sites I could find and it seems if this scenario happens, you're going to be treated like crap. Reviews in excess also state that cars seem to develop massive issues weeks after being purchased from Deluxe Auto Sales and that if you have to do out of state registrations and such, they get upset because it's wasting their time. Summary: Do not be from out of state Do not have a car that you want to trade in Be wary of "Too good to be true" prices Do not get Peter Jimenez as a sales person DO be a resident of New Jersey and used to horrible customer service More

Adonis w From the moment I called the dealer, they were very responsive and quick to help. We live in Buffalo and found our dream cars at Deluxe Auto. Adonis was our go to guy and gave us everything on our wish list. He was very attentive to what we wanted and made it happen. He kept in contact with us and outlined the process the entire way. Adonis went above and beyond with so much patience. It was a little nerve wrecking buying out of state but he made everything so easy! They picked us up from the airport to go straight to the dealer. We enjoyed driving the cars back home. Such an awesome ride! I love my BMW 5 series!!! My husband loves his AMG 450 Benz, but mine is better =) More
Alot of car bling, unfortunately some slimeyness I sold cars for a while, wont do it again...lying is a necessity in that business. Selling cars is a tough business so dealers sometimes resort to questionable tactics & “white lies”. Thats how I describe my dealings with Deluxe... Deluxe could be an amazing store to purchase a high-line car...my salesman Peter Jiminez is a decent personable & I believe honest man who unfortunately takes orders from a sales manager who not once showed his face, nor handshake, hidden behind a closed door. I’ve 40+ years in retail & senior management. Support staff rate from questionable to outstanding. Ambience is somewhat upscale, receptionist was exceptionally helpful, brought coffee, etc. Peter & I closed on a 2015 Subaru WRX. Price equitable considering it was very clean w/24k on it. Car needs new throw out bearing, $200 labor Subaru covers labor. I had to put out $21 for wipers, $125 for mats...$356 out of pocket. A shame Deluxe wouldnt spend $15-30 on a set of mats...hence this review. If you decide to chance Deluxe (they do have a great collection of high-line metal) I can recommend Peter Jiminez. I got a sense of other sales xxxxxxthere and I rate Peter as professional, easy going and if all goes right, Peter is very competent. Conclusion...warehouse full of sweet cars, beware to inspect EVERYTHING in the car (including spare tire & jack/tools) BEFORE you close a deal. Know your FICO scores and what apr you can get BEFORE going to any car dealer, I recommend seeing Peter Jiminez if you visit them, caveat emptor. Would I buy another car from Deluxe? Only as a last resort. There are better deals and especially higher standards at new car dealers where I have bought many pre-owned cars. Unfortunately Deluxe’s refusing to supply floor mats on a $21k car will cost them my future business and recommendation to all but seasoned buyers. If you are confident in your getting what you want then tell Peter I said Hi, he has some very sweet cars in his stable. More
