I had Victor Volentin as my sales representative and met with Danny Sanchez the manager. These guys know what they’re doing and they know how to keep a client happy. I personally drove 2 hours here after I saw the price online and they promised me there were no hidden fees, and sure enough there wasn’t any. The price they advertise is the price at the dealership. It feels great knowing there is an actual dealership who doesn’t try to hide fees from there customers until the very end. I think I found the best place to buy an used car. Danny was very helpful over the phone and walked me through the the pricing and sales process. At the showroom: Charles Gaskin worked with me through the test ride and purchasing process. Can't say this enough. "Highly Professional" just begins to describe it. The hallmark of a a successful sales process is to sell what the customer wants and not sell what you want to. Deluxe auto sales gets this and Charles executed this to perfection. More
