I have had very good service with the department even though I did not buy my car from them. They have always told me what was wrong and never tried to gouge me with adding things that were not necessary though I did not buy my car from them. I moved 30 miles away but will bring my car back here as long as I get this kind of service. More

They have a lot of employees that appear to have little to do, but must not have anyone to answer the phone. Tried to call a number of times and finally got through. Bought new vehicle and after 600 mile to do, but must not have anyone to answer the phone. Tried to call a number of times and finally got through. Bought new vehicle and after 600 miles had a service need for minor issue. Was told they need vehicle for 24 to 48 hours to diagnose. Would provide shuttle home, but would then leave me stranded without vehicle for possibly 2 days. Very disappointed! More

Service department is totally inept. Have had our car in to try and fix the same problem 3 times. The car was in the shop for the same problem a total of about 6 weeks during which time Have had our car in to try and fix the same problem 3 times. The car was in the shop for the same problem a total of about 6 weeks during which time we had to rent a car at our own expense. Never did the dealership offer to provide us a loaner or help with rental costs even though it was their ineptitude that caused them to have to keep the car and continue to be unable find the problem. Also, we purchased new tires and had an alignment done at the same time. The alignment was botched so badly that the vehicle was almost undriveable and the rear tires wore out in less than 1500 miles. When a “new to the shop” veteran technician finally took over the care of our vehicle, they were finally able to find and fix the problem with the alignment and the original issue. More
