Quick, Polite & Friendly Service I brought in my Kia for an oil change. Was met at the door by a friendly service man, and even though I was a little late for my appointment, he welc I brought in my Kia for an oil change. Was met at the door by a friendly service man, and even though I was a little late for my appointment, he welcomed me in. Upon signing in, I again had the pleasure of the assistance from Roy. Always a smile on his face and always professional. There was another young gentleman, very conscientious and who carefully explained, what was to be done to my vehicle along with it's future service needs. I really appreciate coming into a business and leaving with out feeling stressed. Kudos to your service team. Your employees are very courteous and make returning to your business a no brainer. More

Service and Repair My Optima EX was due for its 60k service when I hit a curb when exiting a 'Round About' rotary. Unfortunatly for me it was a vertical curb, not a mou My Optima EX was due for its 60k service when I hit a curb when exiting a 'Round About' rotary. Unfortunatly for me it was a vertical curb, not a mountable curb so even though the speed was relatively low, the damage was significant. Destination Kia provided excellent service in the past so I didn't hesitate to bring the car back to them. My service rep Kenny took note of my expected services along with my budget of a not to exceed cost. He confirmed that he would contact me with all findings from any damages found in the inspection by their service techs. Kenny called me the same day, reviewed their observations and it appeared we would be able to fix the damage and remain within my cost budget. However, unfortunatly for me the wheel itself was damaged beyond repair which needed to be replaced. Kenny was able to get the new wheel so I was able to pick the car up on Thursday. Basically, I was very happy with the service I received and most happy with the exemplary shuttle service I received from Mark who has made sure I've always had transportation when I've needed service for my Optima. Thank you very much. More

convienant went there looking for a trade in and left with my dream car all in one day. He also helped move everything from the old car to the new one. I had my newborn baby with me and they were very helpful heating up the bottles for me & offering us bottled water as well. overall, it was a great experience. More
