I was in the market for a new Honda Accord and shopped a lot of local area dealers. I contacted Dick Hannah Honda and talked to the VIP department. They were quick and direct. I received my price quote from them and set an appointment with Scott Doyle. Scott was professional and got my Accord that same day. The pricing was very competitive and they have a great warranty program and customers for life program that no other dealership in the area has! In the past I had the same old song and dance at every car dealer I visited. I called up dreading that it was time to buy a car again. I talked to Brian McLain with the VIP department. He told me that they do business differently and that they value my time. Now I've heard this before and I'm sure you have to. Here's the thing they did! He had me in and out in no time no six or seven hours at the dealership the longest part was me making up my mind which car and if I wanted accessories! Thank you Brian!

It was time for our family to trade our Chevy Malibu for a van as we have 3 kids and it did not meet our needs.

Scott was very friendly and honest with us about our choices. It was refreshing to work with someone that wanted us to be satisfied with the whole experience and not just sell us a car. We did not end up buying a honda, but it had nothing to do with the dealer or Scott's service. We will highly recommend the corporate buying experience to our friends. I wish all car buying experiences could be this way.

Thanks to Dick Hannah and its employees for clearng up my mind what i really needed. I am such a busy person that when i wanted to buy a car all my friend said to do a good research and compare prices then do it but i never found time so one day when iwas eating in arbys with my daughter i decided to go into dickhannah which i have never been. Before I entered Saeed asked me if i am looking for somebody because i was just going to inquire i said i am just stopping by to see my options, he said his name is Saeed (which first I think I could not prononce-sorrry Saeed) and saeed he is in internet sales and he can help me out. I was very reluctant first because i did not even know what I wanted to buy. Saeed step by step made me actually explore what i should be buying .He was so fiendly; knowleadgable, not like other people who would pressure. In the end after dealing with me for 3 hours i bought my wonderful honda pilot . Thanks alot Saeed and all the staff who made my whole sales experience a wonderful one. Every retail company should have a team like that .

I was looking for a TL online, sadly there wasn't many to chose from local here in Spokane,WA. Dick Hannah Honda/Acura had a Great selection over everyone else. I eamiled in a few times inquiring and Nora was very timely/helpful answering my questions/setting up my appointment. Sadly there was a fire in the Dalles, OR and I had a detour, I had to call a few times and they were very helpful in directions to the dealership. I was delayed do the alternate route and Nick the salesman was there waiting after hours to show me the cars, he even took me to the Acura dealership 15min. down the road to view the selection there. He wanted to make sure I saw all of them, never rushed me at all. He was very laid back and easy going. No pressure at all! The team is Great, they were very clear they wanted to make a deal and asked what it would take. They all stayed very late in the morning to wrap up the deal for me and get me on my way back to Spokane,WA. Great Selection, Great Team! A+!!

My daughter was having difficulties finding a then hard to find Honda Fit (sports model, automatic) and had about given up when Saeed Anwar stepped in at Dick Hannah Homda in Vancouver. He gave us a pleasant lesson in patience and prevailed in finding just the automobile Angela wanted at just the right price. Saeed also took care of all the tricky after-sale detail in a pleasant and encouraging way. Saeed and pacience both turned out to be virtuous. Daughter, Angela got just the car of her dreams.
