Certified used 2012 Sedona LX purchased. We were appreciative of their willingness to bring every different vehicle to the spot where we were at, since my wife has a hip problem that is very sore! I thank you for the freindlyness of your employees! Brian was very helpfull in all that we went through, and he was very easy to work with. Noah was also a insperation to work with since he was bringing the different cars to us. Both Brian and Noah need to be rcognized for their great way of dealing with us in picking the right vehicle. Also Barry Tuttle is also part of this great experience we incountered with this dealership! I commend you for all the way you deal with your customers thank you very much in making this as easy as it could be!

Outstanding salesman and finance man. Was attended to with seconds of arrival at dealership by Brian who knowledge of his product and its value was outstanding. We came to look at a used car and left with a new one. Great work Brian in showing us that the best buy for our dollars was the new car.

Brian Johson is a top of the calss salesman. He listen to what our search for a new Kia should be.He put together a deal we could not pass up.
He was honest with our trade-in. Up front with getting us the best deal.
I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

My Review of Dick Hannah Kia:
This is now our fourth new vehicle purchased from Dick Hannah Kia. They continue to out do themselves time after time. They are a great group of people, but also very professional at the same time. I went in and they let me take the car out for a spin for a few hours, get a feel of it without the associate riding along. I had spent the afternoon going over terms and options with their online specialist. By the time I went in, he had figures for me, and they were good numbers. None of that negotiating. I gave them the terms I needed to fall within, and he hit that number, first time without the hasseling back and forth. Barry was great, he took care of all of our needs, walked us through the vehicle, and put a great sense of urgency on the entire transaction. We had younger children, and it was approaching bedtime, and they were very considerate of that. I will continue doing all my vehicle shopping at the Dick Hannah family (especially Kia), and continue to recommend these professionals to friends and family on a continual basis!

My Review of Dick Hannah Kia:
I needed a work truck and found one online I wanted to check out from Dick Hannah Kia. When I called to see if it was still available, Steve answered the phone and was able to answer several questions I had about it. He also said they had a couple others there that I should check out to.

When I met Steve, I noticed right away that he didnt seem to be like the car salesman that I expected to meet. He was very friendly and wanted to be sure that the truck I bought was going to do everything I needed it to do I didnt get the usual garbage about how this was the one and only one that had the right stuff for me.

Steve made it very easy to choose the right truck for what I needed and to make it work in my budget. I never do things like write reviews or tell people where to shop but Steve was so different from what I expected I will tell my friends to call him when they need a truck or car. Thanks
