What an amazing car purchasing experience -at every level. I was so impressed with every step of the process of purchasing my Outback from Dick Hannah Subaru. My first contact was with the internet departmen I was so impressed with every step of the process of purchasing my Outback from Dick Hannah Subaru. My first contact was with the internet department. They were efficient and helpful, very good communicators. When my car arrived, Kenny called and gave me all the details of the purchase I had made on the internet, even offering to come pick me up at my home in Oregon, so I could make the purchase. The sales associate, Royal, was so respectful and kind, guiding me through every step of the process at the dealership. Royal and Kenny both made me feel at home, always communicating what the next step was. Jeremiah, the tech guru, was also very respectful and kind as he explained the 2 week appointment for further teaching of the gadgets in my new car. What a great service this is to customers. Subaru has thought of it all. This is my first time buying a brand new car and I've always heard "stories" of going into meet with the financial people. Honestly, I was kind of nervous. The minute I stepped in Ammar's office, I knew there was nothing to be concerned about. I was so impressed with the ease at which he pushed all the papers to be signed, and there were alot. But, it was painless. After the paperwork was done, Royal was waiting to escort me to my new vehicle. It was all clean, gassed up and ready for me to take home. Royal spent more time explaining more of the buttons in the car, and off I went. I did not mention that the sales room was extremely busy the day I came to purchase, yet, I never once felt like I was neglected. What an amazing experience all around. I would highly recommend Dick Hannah Subaru to anyone interested in a Subaru. I love my beautiful Outback. Thank you Subaru Family. More

From the get-go he was very attentive to what I was looking for and was very knowledgable about Subarus. Dick Hannah as a whole won't always play nice if you're looking for a deal, but I came in with another offer and Christian worked with me to get prices down and sweeten the deal by getting the exact color and details delivered same day to the dealership. Christian didn't shy away from getting straight to the point on financing details and finding a middle ground to make the deal, all-the-while having a great sense of humor and at no point did I feel he was being pushy. The ONLY reason I wasn't able to give 5 stars for the overall experience was working with the Allstate Agent at Dick Hannah has been a complicated mess. After discussing prices and signing, he has since tried to change details and raise the insurance price 3 times, even calling me late in the evening. Overall Dick Hannah had a nice selection of Subarus and are willing to work to find you exactly what you want even if they don't have it on their lot, and I left feeling really good about choosing Christian as my salesperson and the offer he helped secure. I would definitely recommend to others with the caveat that you should get another offer on the vehicle and insurance BEFORE coming to negotiate the purchase so as to have as much leverage as possible. Because of that, I do not even want to step foot on a car lot unless I know it is going to be worth my time. I called Dick Hannah Subaru about 30 minutes before closing, and spoke with Christian McFarland. About 1.5 hours later, I had plans to go and get my new Subaru the next morning. My initial anxiety about car shopping in general quickly dissipated because Christian just seemed "real". I ended up changing my mind from the Crosstrek we had initially talked about and actually bought the bigger Outback instead. But that decision wasn't an easy one for me to make and it took hours of going back and forth between cars, sitting in them, and asking a thousand questions; the entire time, I felt that Christian was honest, helpful, patient, and informative. I never felt pressured, and it felt more like I was there with a friend! There was almost a hiccup once we got back to finance and paperwork, but that was smoothed over quick enough, and I ended up leaving a proud new Subaru owner! More

A pleasant experience December 27, 2016 I went to Dick Hannah Subaru to look at three models. I was approached by Huyen who asked if he could help me. I told him I wanted to look at three models, so we did that. As we looked and talked and my questions were answered I narrowed my choice to one model, the Cross Trek. Huyen asked if I wanted to drive the vehicle, so we took a test drive. When we returned I asked more questions and I was ready to make the purchase of the car and the price I asked for was readily accepted. I then asked about lease options and those were explained to me. After thinking about my choices of parting with 20 plus thousand dollars versus and small down, I opted to go with the lease option. The entire time I was at Dick Hannah I was never pressured or ganged up on my multiple sales people. I was treated with respect and felt that they were there to help me make the best choice that met my needs. I have had previous service work done at Dick Hannah but never purchased a vehicle from them. From my experience on 12-27-16, I would highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a Subaru. More
