I was happy with the whole purchasing process and it was relatively stress free in Dick Hannah. I would recommend my friends and family here again. More

Thorough search for new Subaru. We just purchased a new 2017 Subaru Outback. We were very pleased with the two sales people who assisted us through the process: Susan Heath and Dan We just purchased a new 2017 Subaru Outback. We were very pleased with the two sales people who assisted us through the process: Susan Heath and Daniel Dominador Susan Heath spent a couple hours taking us on test drives to help us compare the Outback, Forester and Crosstrek. We sorted features and measurements of all three and were able to decide on the Outback as a result. Daniel Dominador helped us through the complex purchase and trade in process, and has followed up on all our questions. The whole experience was very thorough including follow up for all the special features now included in the more electronic new cars. More

A Good Salesman Couldn't Save A Bad Experience I purchased a new car at Hannah Subaru. I was expecting a great experience after reading all the glowing reviews. The salesman was kind and helpful, I purchased a new car at Hannah Subaru. I was expecting a great experience after reading all the glowing reviews. The salesman was kind and helpful, and went out of his way to deliver the car. Even so, the overall experience was bad. The whole transaction took nearly 6 hours. I was jerked around to several different people and had to wait long periods of time between. The finance guy kept asking me if I wanted the extended warranty even after I told him no 3 times. I was hoping that this dealership was different, but it was the "same old stuff". More
