I have gone to this location for years. However, quality of service has gone downhill in the last 6 months for sure! I called a couple months ago for service on an issue I was having with my car. I was told by one of the service guys that whether I brought my car in two days or 30 days, they would not even get a chance to look at it for several days (my car would sit on the lot). Therefore, I went elsewhere for that issue since Huvaere's was simply too busy for my business. A couple months later, I HAD to take it to a dealership regarding a warranty issue. This transmission issue turned into them having my car for 12 days! Since this was a "Powertrain" warranty issue and the car has over 36,000 miles on it, there was no loaner car allowed. Mike did call me a couple times to update me on parts they were waiting on or parts they received. However, we had to initiate the final call to find out my car was actually done and waiting for pick up! 1st time we called, we were put on hold for 20 minutes! No exaggeration!!! 2nd time we called, the phone just rang and rang and rang. Ironically about a minute after hanging up, they called us back (hmmm...perhaps caller ID?) to let us know the car was ready. We got the car home, re-installed my son's car sear and DVD system and then my husband noticed that the car was leaking transmission fluid all over the driveway!!! Seriously!? Needless to say, we had to take the car back. Not happy!
