Poor customer service from the top Prior to going to Dick Scott Dodge I made a request online. I was told to ask for Eric. When my husband and I arrived we asked for Eric. He was on the phone and said he would be right with us . Thirty minutes later he asked another sales rep to take us.....that person said no they were busy .....then we were passed to another person who said they would get the car we wanted to look at. No body talked to us to even find out what we wanted. The Jeep pulled up and immediately we disliked the color and it had cloth seats. It took that person 40 minutes to bring us that car. We asked if they had leather seats. So the sales person took another 1/2 hour getting another car. We really liked the looks of the Jeep renegade and my BIL already sent us friends and family discount code for that dealership or we would of left. Chris Thomas ended up being stuck with us. He was nice and pleasant. But we really felt like they could care less that we were buying anything from them. More
