Dave Hamel did it again, he is top notch! I started my day off by visiting the local Ford dealership looking at trucks and had a terrible experience. I then decided to stop at Dick Scott CDJR to check out what was required to turn in the soon ending lease on my 2011 Jeep Liberty as well as options for a possible new lease. I had never considered a RAM as I always thought of myself as a Ford truck guy, but within a few minutes Dave had sold me on the RAM 1500. I could not not be more happier with this truck and with Dave's focus on customer service and satisfaction! I am now a RAM truck guy for life!! This is the second vehicle I have leased from Dick Scott CDJR and Dave Hamel. My first experience with Dave in 2011 was just as great as this one. At any opportunity I recommend both Dave and Dick Scott CDJR to anyone looking for a new vehicle! The entire process went very smooth and paperwork signing went quickly with Carlo Improta.
