I went in for an oil change for my Chrysler 200. While waiting, I walked into the dealership side and asked for my salesman because I wanted an update on the lease of my car, which I purchased over two ye waiting, I walked into the dealership side and asked for my salesman because I wanted an update on the lease of my car, which I purchased over two years ago. But the salesman was no longer there. Dan Hamblin approached me and asked if he could help me. When I told him what I was asking about, he told me about an exciting February offer. After sitting down with him after he checked out my lease agreement, Dan said he could get me into a brand new 2014 Chrysler 200 for $60 less a month that what I was paying for my 2013 vehicle. He verified it with Eric and I was able to get my car the next day! Dan, Eric and Mr. Little were very accommodating and made my experience extremely pleasant. I received a good price for a trade in and walked out owning a new car. I had been totally unhappy in my dealings with two other dealerships that I had visited, particularly around the issue of sales people not being familiar with their product.
