Jeremy was excellent in helping me purchase a 2015 Wrangler. Of course he was friendly and knowledgeable. But what mattered to me is he gave me space, options of wranglers that worked within my budget Wrangler. Of course he was friendly and knowledgeable. But what mattered to me is he gave me space, options of wranglers that worked within my budget (cash buyer) with no feeling of pressure to buy and didn't try to talk me into buying a car with a payment. poor experience. was quoted $350 for service only to be charged $800. very disorganized as i had an appt but did not meet initially with my service advisor causing mo was quoted $350 for service only to be charged $800. very disorganized as i had an appt but did not meet initially with my service advisor causing more confusion. signed a form that said i would be charged $80. texted to see if car was ready with no response. told i would get a follow up call which never happened. should be refunded for poor service More
