We had submitted the preapproval on financing, worked with Rachel through text messages about it, received incorrect information during online chat with Brandon, the initial financing offer was 2% more than what Rachel said our top rate would be. The finance department pushed using a bank with a notorious reputation but Ryan and Mike Johnston got the paperwork figured out for us so we could use a bank with an excellent reputation. That extra effort made us satisfied customers and we will recommend Dick's to anyone with a few warnings about what to watch for with the finance department. You can be honest and still make a profit. Think about training your sales agents on how to complete the financing side so the customers can have a great experience all the way through. More

I drove to Wilsonville in my Ford Raptor and the tire light came on so I pulled in the Dicks Wilsonville Ram Dealer and asked them to help because my tire was going flat fast. They found a scew in my tir light came on so I pulled in the Dicks Wilsonville Ram Dealer and asked them to help because my tire was going flat fast. I got a bill for $80 for the repair which I was about to pay but Ryan Rummerfield the General Manager happend to be standing there and stating that they would not charge me for the repair! I was very grateful for that and very surprised since I was driving a Ford... needless to say, I now own a TRX. Thanks Ryan and team at Dicks! More

I came in on a Saturday looking for the Rebel X Ram 2025. I talked with salesman Harrison and Joe from finance. Joe stated up front that I would get $5K in incentives and 4.79% interest. I was all in. That was the Bait. Joe worked up the paperwork for us to come in, sign, and take home our new truck. We were so excited! Switch-the paperwork shows 7.99% with a payment of $1250/month. The best part? They would be CHARGING us for the warranty! We would pay for the warranty…the one that comes with every single new vehicle purchase? Not the extended warranty that is discussed at signing, the FACTORY warranty. Wait. WHAT? We were done. We decided to write an email to Ryan Rummerfield (Sales GM) stating everything we experienced. There has been no response from him, which really doesn’t surprise me. Days later, the Service GM Drew called. He had heard that we canceled a service for another vehicle we own and took it upon himself to find out why. Drew gets five stars. Ryan would get zero stars if that were an option. I wouldn’t be surprised to learn he trained good ol’ Joe himself. More
