Brad, I tried to give an honest review that addressed some of the Issues mentioned in other reviews that I read that were pretty negative. I wanted people to understand things don't always go smoothly and quickly but that doesn't mean that you are not committed to making it work for your customers. I mean obviously you want to sell vehicles... But you guys listened to what I was saying and didn't minimize or ignor what I needed to make it work. It was because of your response to my concerns, that I continued to want to do business with you. The vehicle is great, I love it. I hope that I won't need to buy another vehicle for several years.
