Appreciate not being bombarded as soon as we got out of the car. Tyler Took the time to find out what we were looking for and how much we could afford. As return customers my husband and I were disappointed in Diehl Kia. The price for the car we were interested in was advertised online at one amount, but not until negotiations were done were we informed tha Diehl Kia. The price for the car we were interested in was advertised online at one amount, but not until negotiations were done were we informed that the advertised price included a military discount which did not apply to us. This is a deceptive bait and switch practice and led to an increased cost of about $1700.00 to us. Had we not been desperate for a car at the time, we would have walked away. Due to this encounter, we will not be referring anyone to use Diehl Kia. More
