Service Department is IMPOSSIBLE to work with!!! My car is at Diehl RIGHT NOW and I CANNOT get the service department to answer the phone!!! I set up my appointment two weeks in advance (they're request, not mine!) and when I brought it in, it took them 4 days to call me back with an estimate, (which of course was 4x what I expected...) But whatever - it's a unique vehicle, so I rolled with it. I told them to call me within 3-4 days for an update. They didn't. I finally called them 3 business days later and was told they were waiting for final parts and would call me back within 24 hours. They didn't. The service rep finally called another 2 days later to give me an update. They were unable to source a part for the vehicle, but offered to allow me to look around for something. Within 10 minutes I had an answer, and I've been trying to call them for 4 hours to iron out the details of getting parts to them. I sat on hold for 10 minutes while the writer was on another call, and when they finally patched me through to his phone, he didn't answer, AND the system said his voicemail was full and couldn't accept messages. I've called the service manager and left a message, no answer. I only had a modicum of success when I called one of the owners (Matt Diehl) but that was just to set up my initial appointment. This dealership is TOO BUSY - they've taken on more than they can chew, and they're aggravating customers in the process. I won't be taking my vehicle to them in the future (provided I ever get the thing back in the first place.) More

Left my car with them for 3 days and they did not fix the issue that I brought it in for. I never received any follow up calls, I had to repeatedly call them to find a status. Each time I called they were confused as to why I brought my car in for service. By day 3 they had not even ordered the parts, so I picked up my car and asked them to call when the parts were in. Never got a call back. After 2 weeks I followed up with them and they had no idea about the parts and said I was not in their system. They said they would order them, and it would take 2 more weeks. Never got a call back. I called them back after 3 weeks and they said the parts were in. They scheduled me for service on 11/26/15. A few days later I realized that was Thanksgiving, so I called them back. They said they had no record of me in their system. Unbelievable! The only reason I am pursuing this with them is that the repairs were a condition of the sale when I bought the car from them almost 3 months ago. If and when they eventually fix it I will never ever return. More

Worst Service Ever Please read Before you decide to go here! My wife and I broke down on the freeway 3hrs from home At 8am Thursday 1-22-15 called Diehl of Robinson Spoke to Chris told him my situation and that My wife and I broke down on the freeway 3hrs from home At 8am Thursday 1-22-15 called Diehl of Robinson Spoke to Chris told him my situation and that I was real sure my Fuel pump had gone out, As i have a 2004 Ram 2500 cummings diesel has a valve on the side of the filter housing used for draining it i had opened it and nothing was coming out Good indication of no fuel!! And we needed it fixed ASAP to get home. He told me he could get it in so we had the tow truck take us to Diehl. Once we were dropped off the first thing Chris had me sign a form basically saying they charge up to 2hrs for diagnostics. I reiterated my thoughts and findings of no fuel. He said we will check it out. I ask if they had a loaner vehicle he said no, Which i thought was odd as i have dealt with many dodge dealerships all provided loaners when needed. He said they could call enterprise so we agreed as my wife and i had business in the city. Chris said they would get started on it and treat it like we were waiting for it. We got picked up by Enterprise rent a car we rented a vehicle , I called several times during the day got Chris's voice mail left several messages no response I assumed they were working on it . Late in the day I get a call from Tom he was kind of Rude told me that the Fuel pump had gone out and that Dodge had discontinued the type I had and Dodge wanted them to put it in the Fuel tank But it was not available they could get a aftermarket from NAPA and it was in stock I ask him why Dodge wanted to put it in the tank his answer was to get it out of the weather!! I told him to get the Aftermarket pump and get it repaired as my wife and I had to get home! He said ok and hung up. I called back later at like 5:30PM got voice mail call back talked to the operator she said their was no one to talked to us.. We end up driving the Rental car home 3hrs, Friday morning i called first thing in the morning told Tom i needed it fixed as We were paying for the rental he said the part was on its way and it would be done, Asked him about the cost he didn't seem to know as their were several different pumps on these trucks etc. I called back several times got voicemails Left Messages no response. Now its SAT, I call first thing in the morning Speak to Tom he tells me that they never got the part NAPA told them they had it when they did not and NAPA had to get it from another store i told him why did you not send your own parts runner to get it he said he was pissed off that it did not come in and that it still had not arrived I told him this is ridicules and the rental was costing me money he really did not seem to care also told him I needed a 3hr heads up to get their before they close. At that point I called and asked to speak to the service manager Bob Wilson Was told he was not in I ask for his voice mail left him a detailed message. That was 10am called at Noon TOM said they just got the part and were working on it . Got a call at 1:30pm that my vehicle was done. Told Tom was no way I could make their before they closed. And Tom told me they were also closed on Sunday. I told Tom that was great as that added to our Rental cost he did not seem to care he said I could pay with a credit card and he could leave the keys under the mat. When he gave me the total I was shocked I tried to question him about it he was not willing to discus it. I also had to drop off the rental once I picked up the truck and enterprise closed at 4pm Sat. So we made the 3hr. drive Back on Sunday morning dropped off the rental picked up the truck Rental bill was 147.00. I was very displeased with the way I was treated felt like we had been taken advantage of soon after we dropped off the truck at Diehl Dodge. Once Back home I called several Dodge dealerships North point, Donovan, Nolfe, All three told me that this was a one hour repair tops and that they would not recommend using the aftermarket the reason Dodge is putting it in the tank is because the external pump can draw air and can cause damage to the high pressure pump and lifters very costly !! Also called Napa the pump to the public is 214.00 Diehl Charged us 326.95 and 4hrs labor at 95.00hr plus we had 147.00 rental fee because they took their time about working on it!! I called Bob Wilson the service manager 2 more times left several voice mails to call me he has never returned our calls.. We feel that we were taken advantage of over charged for Diagnostics and repairs preformed and we spent our hard earned money on repairs that could cause even more damage to our vehicle at Toms advice Someone who is supposed to be a professional also because they did not get it repaired for 3 days we had to make several trips to the city and pay for 4 days for a rental and as a Disabled person I can't afford it!! AAA had to tow the car to the Chrysler shop because the whole tire on the right side was wobbling very bad and she could not drive it. They told her that the car must have been in an accident for that damage to occur (AAA) - axle broke. When she came to Pgh we took the car to your shop and they did service it and supposedly fixed the problem. She went back to school, and while on the turnpike, she called and said the car was wobbling on the right side again. My husband contacted your office and Bob was to call the dealership in Philly so that she could take the car back to them for servicing. She has not driven the car in a week. We have not heard back from Bob. Today, we call your shop and spoke to Tina who said that Bob is out with strep throat. I think for a problem like this, someone should have been put in position to take care of problems when he is not available. Why am I paying a monthly car payment for a car that is an accident waiting to happen". My daughter is terrified and will not drive the car until it is properly serviced. More
Great Customer Service I have had my vehicles in for service at Diehl of Robinson on numerous occasions; most recently August 5, 2014. Chris, Kevin, and Bob W the service m I have had my vehicles in for service at Diehl of Robinson on numerous occasions; most recently August 5, 2014. Chris, Kevin, and Bob W the service manager have always been friendly and treated me as if I was their only customer. My work has always been done right the first time, in a timely manner, and I've always left feeling that my vehicle was not only worked on, but cared for. Jay and Andrew (the mechanics I have dealt with) have done major work on my vehicle and always listened when I explain why my car is in need of service. I feel they have always provided quality work at a fair price. Bob (service manager) and his department have always given me 1st class customer service and have always been able to fix my car. I highly recommend these guys if your car is in need of service. More
Horrible Service Department The service depatment is extremely slow. Took 3.5 hours to service my truck and still was not able to complete it. I had set an appointment and was told that it would take 2 hours to complete. I was told that I would have to come back to have it finished. It is crazy that I just went for a standard oil change, fuel filter and air filter change. Also they checked some codes on the truck that was not anything to worry about. If there was another dealer that was in the area to have my truck serviced I would never go back. Also this is not the first time that poor service has happened, this happens everytime all my co-workers and myself take their trucks there. More
My dealership changed ownership and Diehl came into the picture. I wondered what to expect when I first went for service. My experience was excellent. They took me in for my appointment shortly after arriving and were finished well before the expected time. I had an additional electronics recall that I had not been notified of and they performed that update at the same time. I got the notice days later! Good deals at Diehl! I am deffinitely a satisfied service customer! More
Diehl of Robinson was very attentive to my needs for my vehicle as well as my comfort while waiting at the dealership. The employees were interested in what service my car needed and were determined to 'f vehicle as well as my comfort while waiting at the dealership. On going issue with water damage that dealer says is "normal." When discussing problems with sales and body shop they become argumentative and short tempered.
